Cysticercosis pisiformis, caused by Cystercus pisformis and parasiting in rabbits, is a disease which is distributed around the world. It is susceptible to rabbits for different gender, breed and age, particularly domestic rabbit. The damage is the most serious. Cysticercosis pisiformis can not only inhibit rabbits’ growth, and even cause rabbits to death when infection severely.Therefore, it brings serious damage to livetock husbandry development and human heath. At present, the reports about the study of Cysticercosis pisiformis are very little.This experiment took Cystercus pisformis as the research object, and its RNA extracted is a template, according to Taenia solium RS1 c DNA reported, designing simple and specific primers, through RT-PCR technology, we got Tp RS1 gene sequences firstly, we used bioinformatics software to forecast and analysis the physical and chemical properties, antigen sites, secondary structure in many areas of the protein coded by Tp RS1 gene. After enzyming by Eco RⅠand XhoⅠ, we constructed expressive vector p GEX-4T-1, obtained the protein p GEX-Tp RS1 and analyzed it. The results showed that Tp RS1 c DNA sequence had 275 base groups and an ORF of 258 nucleotides. The protein’s theoretical molecular weight and isoelectric point were approximately 9.6ku and 9.07. The proportion of α-helix is the highest in the secondary structure of Tp RS1, 70.59%. After the analysis by using Clustal X, the gene sequence of amino acids and other tapeworm homology is above 72%, and belong to the same small branch evolution with Taenia hydatigena.Additionally, we found there were obvious stripe in size sbout 34 ku and this protein mainly expressed in inclusion body form.The research for futher development of efficient vaccine of Cysticercosis pisiformis to lay the foundation.After artificially mading rabbits infected Cysticercus pisiformis and feeding them about 35 days, we used mebendazole, praziquantel, ivermectin, niclosamide to deworm rabbits and analyzed conventional nutrients content of rabbit muscle within a certain drug efficary time. Through comparative analysis of the change of rabbit muscle nutrients content after the infection of Cystercus pisformis and the using of four kinds of insect repellent, the results indicated that mebendazole can be considered as the best choice anti-form, which can efficiently remove the Cystercus pisformis and significantly improve the rabbit muscle nutrition composition content, to make rabbit meat quality improved futherly.This study also laid the theoretical foundation for the purpose of the research of effective prevention and treatment of lenticular cysticercosis.For the sample of rabbit meat which used ivermectin deworming, we determined ivermectin residues in the sample by HPLC. The results demonstrated that ivermectin content is 37.66μg/kg after three days deworming rabbits that the recovery is 90.59 percentage. at the same time, this adopted method is verified with standard samples. ivermectin had good linear relationship in 1μg/kg-30μg/kg and linear regression equation for y=1098.1x-1477. The recovery of ivermectin is between 87.41% and 95.80% in 10μg /kg-50μg /kg.
