During the period of storage,grain could be damaged by insect,mite,and microorganism pests,which could cause huge quality and quantity losses of stored grain. So safe,efficient,low-cost grain insect-preventive film which had best repellent on main storage grain insects are urgently needed.Five repellent KD1,KD2,KD3,KD4 and KD5 against stored grain insects Sitophilus zeamais;Rhizophertha dominica and Ribolium confusum Jacquelin duVal in the repellency were studied in this paper,including selection of repellent,the dose of drug loading,coating and blowing film technology of non-woven fabric.Through culture dish repellent and packing storage experiment,the best repellents and its concentration were determined.The physical properties and health index of new grain insect-preventive film were tested in the last.The results showed that:(1)The optimum repellent was insecticide KD1 in culture dish repellent experiment. Its optimal concentration was 7.86μg/cm2,it had the best repellent effect on Sitophilus zeamais;Rhizophertha dominica and Ribolium confusum Jacquelin duVal,the average repellent rate were 91.31%,91.80%and 81.78%respectively,all reachedⅤlevel.(2)Using insecticide KD1 as the repellent in coating experiment,the insect-preventive grain bag of 7.86μg/cm2 had the best repellent effect on the three stored grain insects,the average repellent rate was 83.27%,reachingⅤlevel.(3)Five repellent were used in blowing film experiment.The results showed that the repellent effect of grain insect-preventive film which adding KD2,KD3and KD5 were quite significant.It average repellent rate were 80.70%,70.37%,and 81.78%respectively,all reachedⅣlevel.(4)The insect-preventive film adding KD5 was used in performance test. Compared to control,the transverse tensive strength,longitudinal fracture elongation and CO2 transmission rate increased 5%,11%and 2%respectively.The O2 and RH transmission rate of the film decreased 18%and 9%.This film has passed the test of national health bureau.
