Study On Soil Microbial Properties Under Continuous Eggplant Cropping In Solar Greenhouse

This research investigated the solar greenhouse soil with continuous eggplant cropping as research materials in Daping and Chongping village of Shui chuan town in Baiyin City and selected the solar greenhouse of the continuous cropping for 4a,11 a,14a and 20 a compared with the open field. To explore the variation of soil bacteria, fungi, actionmycetes and the activity of soil enzyme trend in solar greenhouse under the continuous cropping of eggplant condition, for the study of the problems of eggplant continuous cropping soil in greenhouse provides basic data support. The results showed that:1.Under the continuous eggplant cropping condition, the value of p H of soil in the open field(CK1), continuous cropping for 4a, 20 a were 8.27,8.17,8.07 respectively; the organic matter, the available nitrogen, the available P and the available K content of soil presented the rising trend along with the continuous cropping, meanwhile the value of them in the open field(CK1) were 10.76g/kg,101.00 mg/kg, 44.14mg/kg and 145mg/kg, the value of them in continuous cropping for 4a were 26.08g/kg, 164.00mg/kg, 154.03 mg/kg and 275 mg/kg, the value of them in continuous cropping for 11 a were 49.01 g/kg, 278.00 mg/kg, 177.20 mg/kg and 400.00 mg/kg; meanwhile the value of them in continuous cropping for 4a were higher than that of the open field by142.38%,62.38%,248.96% and 89.66% respectively, the value of them in continuous cropping for 11 a were higher than that of the open field by 355.48%,175.25%,301.45% and 175.86% respectively, but the variation of them in value after the continuous cropping 11 a were not obvious.2. The numbers of the soil bacteria, fungi and actionmycetes in sunlight greenhouse were higher than the numbers of open field under the continuous cropping of eggplant condition.3. Under the continuous eggplant cropping condition, the numbers of soil bacteria of solar greenhouse increased year by year with the planting years, meanwhile the value of them in the open field(CK1),(CK2), continuous cropping for 4a, 11 a, 14 a and 20 a were 369.30×104CFU/g, 446.04×104 CFU/g, 430.48×104CFU/g, 1275.94×104CFU/g, 1900.61×104CFU/g and 2118.30×104 CFU/g respectively, which the continuous cropping for 4a, 11 a, 14 a and 20 a were higher than that of the open field by 16.57%, 16.57%, 326.11% and 374.92% respectively.4. Under the continuous eggplant cropping condition, the numbers of soil actinomyces of solar greenhouse in continuous cropping for 4a, 11 a, 14 a and 20 a were 173.28×104CFU/g, 335.40×104CFU/g, 1035.64×104CFU/g and 1024.60×104CFU/g respectively, the numbers of soil actinomyces in the open field(CK1),(CK2) were 128.86×104CFU/g and 98.90×104CFU/g respectively;meanwhile the value of them in continuous cropping for 4a, 11 a, 14 a and 20 a were higher than the open field by 34.47%, 160.28%, 947.16% and 936.00% respectively which showed the numbers of soil actinomyces declined after the continuous cropping 14 a.5. Under the continuous eggplant cropping condition, the numbers of soil fungi of solar greenhouse in continuous cropping for 4a, 11 a, 14 a and 20 a were 29.62×102CFU/g, 24.62×102CFU/g, 161.87×102CFU/g and 156.32×102CFU/g respectively, the numbers of soil actinomyces in the open field(CK1),(CK2) were 23.70×102CFU/g ' 14.54×102CFU/g respectively; meanwhile the value of them in continuous cropping for 4a, 11 a, 14 a and 20 a were higher than the open field by 24.98%, 3.88%, 1013.27% and 975.10% respectively which showed the numbers of soil fungi of sunlight greenhouse obvious increasing in continuous cropping for14 a,while the numbers of them in continuous cropping for 20 a have dropped.6. Under the continuous eggplant cropping condition, the activity of soil sucrase in solar greenhouse in continuous cropping for 4a, 11 a, 14 a and 20 a were 31.15×10-2mg/g, 55.81×10-2mg/g, 37.54×10-2mg/g and 49.11×10-2mg/g respectively, the activity of soil sucrase in the open field(CK1),(CK2) were 41.65×10-2mg/g and 35.57×10-2mg/g respectively; meanwhile the value of them in continuous cropping for 4a were lower than the open field by 25.21%, the activity of soil sucrase in continuous cropping for 11 a, 14 a and 20 a were higher than the open field by 33.99%, 5.54% and 38.07%; the activity of soil urease in continuous cropping for 4a were higher than the open field by 82.11%, while the variation of soil urease after the continuous cropping 11 a were not obvious; the activity of soil catalase presented the higher-reducing trend with the increasing year of planting; the activity of soil polyphenol oxidase presented no trend with the increasing year of planting.In conclusion, under the continuous eggplant cropping condition. The N, P, K content of soil in greenhouse were obviously higher than the open field which caused by the amount of fertilizer in greenhouse were higher than the open field; the numbers of soil bacteria, fungi and actinomyces was obviously higher than the open field and the value of B/F reached the highest in continuous cropping for 11 a after planting the 11 a the value of B/F gradually decreased.
