Tang town Weihui city Henan province dual Lan village area of 10.67 hm2 in greenhouse,which is mainly planted in winter,and in the summer,it can be used to expose the film or to grow crops such as maize,cowpea,green leafy vegetables and so on.However,with the extension of the service life,the unreasonable application of fertilizer,the accumulation of soil salt and heavy metal pollution on the growth and development of tomato is more and more obvious,resulting in decreased yield and poor quality.Therefore,this experiment through the field test and pot seedling test the reasonable application of soil conditioner,bacterial manure,corn straw,study the control technology of continuous cropping soil in greenhouse tomato,provide the theoretical basis to the secondary salinization and heavy metal pollution in soil improvement.The main results were as follow:1.Through field application of soil conditioner,bacterial manure and corn straw,showed that: the tomato fruit rate increased,‘corn straw + bacterial manure + soil conditioner' processing first inflorescence,third inflorescence,fourth inflorescence increased by 24.06%,10.49% and 13.50%,respectively.Improve the quality of tomato,‘corn straw + bacterial manure + soil conditioner' with soluble solid content,organic acid content,soluble protein content increased by 25.15%,23.16% and 52.36%,respectively.The net photosynthetic rate,stomatal conductance,intercellular CO2 concentration and transpiration rate of tomato leaves were better than those of control;the water soluble salt content of each treatment was decreased,and the treatment of ‘corn straw + soil conditioner' decreased by 24.39%.The content of heavy metals in soil decreased in different degree compared with the control..2.Through the pot experiment of tomato seedling: After the addition of exogenous Cu and Cd to the substrate,the application of soil conditioners and bacterial manure can promote the growth of tomato seedlings,the ‘bacterial manure' and ‘bacterial manure + soil conditioner' treatment compared with the control Cd content were decreased by 10.52% and 31.96%,and there are differences;the content of Cu decreased by 19.32% compared with the control of ‘bacterial manure + soil conditioner' treatment,and reached the level of significant difference;the contents of chlorophyll a and b were increased in all treatments.Show that the application of bacterial manure and soil conditioner can alleviate the inhibition of Cu and Cd on growth of tomato seedlings.3.Show that under salt stress of bacterial manure and soil conditioner results: promote the growth of tomato pot seedlings,the content of Ca2+ in leaves of ‘bacterial manure + soil conditioner' treatment was significantly lower than the control 10.56%;the content of Na+ in leaves of ‘bacterial manure + soil conditioner' treatment was significantly lower than the control 26.32%;the contents of chlorophyll a and b were increased in different treatments;the net photosynthetic rate,stomatal conductance,intercellular CO2 concentration and transpiration rate were all increased,increased by 12.16% compared with the control net photosynthetic rate of ‘bacterial manure + soil conditioner' processing.Show that the application of bacterial manure and soil conditioner can alleviate the inhibitory effect on the growth of tomato seedlings under salt stress.
