This study was to investigate the effect of high-energy photovoltaic deodorizing device to purify the air in the piggery.The experimental study about high-energy photovoltaic deodorizing device in piggery:Fattening pigs of 60 days old were randomly selected and divided into three groups, 12 pigs in each group with three replicates. All of these pigs were raised in the same conditions. Group 1 was the control group without high-energy photovoltaic deodorizing device, Group 2 and 3 were the experimental group using high-energy photovoltaic deodorizing device. The device was operating for 15 minutes at 8:00, 14:00 and 20:00 o’clock respectively in Group 2, and 8:00, 11:00, 14:00, 17:00, 20:00 o’clock respectively in group 3. The concentration of harmful gas and particles as measured at 8:00, 14:00, 20:00 o’clock and within 24 hours, and the microbe concentration was measured at the beginning and end of the experiment.Results showed that: in the whole phase of the trial, the temperature between the groups, humidity and wind speed was no significant difference(P>0.05). The NH3 concentration in experimental groups were all lower than that of the control group. The average concentration of NH3 in Group 2 and 3 was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05) particularly at 8:00, 14:00, 20:00. There was no remarkable difference in concentrations of carbon dioxide among three groups(P>0.05); The particle concentration in Group 2 and 3 were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05), but no significant difference was shown between Group 2 and 3. The microbe concentration in Group 2 and 3 was significantly lower(P<0.05) than that of the control group, declining by 43.29% and 54.79% respectively.Average daily feed intake between pre-test in each group, average daily gain, feed conversion was no significant difference(P>0.05), but the latter part of the test in the test group 1 and group 2 the average feed intake and daily gain presentation increasing trend. Warm environmental factors were recorded for each group indexes, production performance and health during the test. Photovoltaic energy deodorizing equipment have a huge impact on the health of the pigs, the incidence of various diseases in the control group, experimental group 1 and group 2 were 27%, 18.9%, 16.2%. The practical application effect about high-energy photovoltaic deodorizing device in piggery:In 7, 14, 21 and 28 d, ammonia concentrations about the experimental group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05), fell by 35.78%, 40.54%, 41.56% and 35.78% respectively.In 7, 14, 21 and 28 d, group microbial levels about the experimental group fell by 13.64%, 20.79%, 26.32% and 13.64% respectively.In 14, 21 and 28 d,Dust content about the experimental group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05), reduced by 40.82%, 49.34% and 40.82% respectively.The results indicate that high-energy photovoltaic deodorizing device can effectively reduce the ammonia concentration, particle concentration and microbial content, thus improving air quality in the piggery, and it can reduce the incidence of pigs to improve their health. Thus high-energy photoelectric deodorizing device can be used in practical production, and it can achieve the effect of air purification stabling.
