This study was to compare the effects of probiotics combined feed on the reproductive performance including sow oestrus,pregnancy,childbirth and lactation offspring,and the effects on the growth performance and health status of suckling pig,nursery pig and growing-finishing pig.It will provide objective basis for probiotics to replace antibiotics and chemical drugs widely used in pig industry.In this study,three experiments were carried out.Test A: 60 normally pregnant sows(Duroc × Landrace)of 3 to 4 parity were randomly divided into 2 groups,30 pigs in each group.The control group was fed basal diet,and test group from 65 d to pregnancy was fed probiotics combined "pregnancy Muyuanbao +Huadumei + Gubenkang " and from delivery to 14 d after weaning was fed "maternal Muyuanbao +Huadumei + Gubenkang",and experimental group was fed "Ruzhubao",other feeding management measures,tracking production performance were measured in two groups of sows and their piglets.The other feeding management were consistent.The production performance of two groups sows and their piglets was tracking detected.Test B: 160 piglets(Duroc × Landrace × Yorkshire)of 32 days age were randomly divided into 2 groups,namely control group and test group,and each group had 4 columns(i.e.,each treatment had 4 replicates),pre experiment for 1 weeks.Pre experiment was performed for 1 weeks.The experimental group piglets which were39 days age were fed probiotics products "Zizhubao + Huadumei + Gubenkang".The control group was fed basic ration with antibiotics for 31 days.The test was finished when they were 70 days age.During the experiment,the growth performance and health of piglets were tracked.Test C: 240 pigs(Duroc × Landrace × Yorkshire)which were 69 days age and about25 kg weight and growth healthily were randomly divided into 3 groups,and each group included 80 pigs(4 repeats,each repeat including 20 pigs)which were fed to about 100 kg weight.During the experimental period,the experimental group was added with the combination of probiotics in the basal diet: "Zhongzhubao / Dazhubao+ Huadumei +Gubenkang "(add 1kg per ton of feed).The experimental group 1,the probiotics were addedto the diet,and the experiment group 2 was added with antibiotics.The blank group did not add probiotics and antibiotics.The growth performance and health status of growing finishing pigs were tracked during the experiment.Research indicates:Reproduction and health of sows: in the test A,test group had the trend of improvement and increasing in lactation and lactation quality.Compared with the control group,the lactoprotein increased by 25.43% in sow colostrum(P<0.05)in experimental group,lactose increased by 6.79%(P>0.05),milk fat increased by 24.84%(P>0.05);in experimental group,the score of weaning body condition of sows increased by 8.13% and estrus rate of 14 d after weaning increased by 3.95%,the total fertility rate was increased by11.09%.The growth performance and health of piglets: in the test B,compared with the control group,the average daily gain of weaned piglets increased by 9.15 percentage points(P<0.05)than the control group,The growth of the fur of one day before weaning in the test group increased by 4.55 percentage points than in the control group(P< 0.05).Compared with control group,the diarrhea index of piglets in test group decreased by 40.21%,the growth of the fur increased by 15.58%(P<0.05).The growth performance,meat quality and antioxidant properties: compared with the control group in experiment C,the average daily gain of growth stages in two test groups increased by 8.28%(P>0.05)and 15.14%(P<0.05),however,the feed conversion ratio decreased by 2.94% and 7.98%(P>0.05);the average daily gain of fattening stages in two test groups increased by 15.53% and 12.05%(P<0.05),however,the feed conversion ratio decreased by 3.42% and-1.24%(P>0.05);in the whole life,the average daily gain in two test groups increased by 13.40% and 15.01%(P<0.05),however,the feed conversion ratio decreased by 2.85%(P>0.05),respectively.Among the three groups,the meat color,drip loss,cooking loss and shear force were significantly difference.Compared with the control group,the meat color scores of the test group 1 and test group 2 were increased by 14.00% and24.36%(P<0.05),but the water loss rate were decreased by 4.12%(P>0.05)and 8.36%(P<0.05),and drip loss were decreased by 17.13% and 25.51%(P<0.05),and cooking loss were reduced by 1.64%(P>0.05)and 5.32%(P<0.05),and shear the values were decreasedby 9.23% and 20.81%(P<0.05).In addition,SOD activity and MDA content were also test significantly(P<0.05)among the three groups.Compared with the control group,the SOD activity of the two test groups was increased by 13.06% and 14.82%(P<0.05),but the MDA content was decreased 13.89%(P<0.05).The test showed that the probiotics combined can effectively promote the immune function of sows and health,improve the subsequent reproductive performance of sow including lactation performance and post weaning estrus conception rate etc.At the same time,it also promotes the growth and development of suckling piglets and improves the health status.The growth performance and health status of piglets increased to some extent.There was no significant difference in growth performance of growing finishing pigs,and meat quality improved to some extent.
