The development of animal husbandry has promoted the active development of Medicago sativa industry in Xinjiang, and Xinjiang M.sativa production mainly in the hay production at present. But in the modulation process of hay, the nutrition loss is serious, greatly reduces the quality of M.sativa hay. Therefore, basing on the previous work, this study taking the M.sativa and B.inermis mixed pasture production as raw materials, researched M.sativa(gannong No. 3) and B. inermis(Xinnong No. 1) single and mixed silage; and researched the application of agricultural and sideline products(sucrose, wheat bran, corn powder) in M.sativa silage at the same time. After observing fermentation changes at different time point of single and mixed silage M.sativa and B. inermis and determining the fermentation quality and nutrition quality of all combinations, we mastered the dynamic changes of silage fermentation and optimized the best combination of silage. The paper mainly obtained the following conclusions:(1) In alfalfa silage during the ensilage process alone p H low trend higher after first, and lactic acid, propionic acid and acetic acid in the 1~15 d is on the rise, decreased after 15 d, shows a rising trend of ammoniacal nitrogen content, soluble sugars decrease;Silage after 30 d, sensory evaluation of alfalfa silage alone is poor, pH, ammonia-n, butyric acid content is higher, low levels of lactic acid, acetic acid, propionic acid, poor fermentation quality and not suitable for silage alone.(2) Bromus inermis in silage during the ensilage process alone pH, soluble sugars showed a decreasing trend, lactic acid, acetic acid, propionic acid and shows a rising trend;Silage after 30 d, compared with alfalfa silage treatment alone, better fermentation quality, but lower crude protein content, separate than direct-fed fresh grass silage.(3) Alfalfa and smooth bromegrass in the mixed silage during the ensilage process pH and soluble sugar content decreased, a rising trend in lactic acid, acetic acid, propionic acid, ammoniacal nitrogen and acid to produce emission;Silage after 30 d, and smooth bromegrass and alfalfa silage compared separately, lactic acid, crude protein content increased significantly, and ammoniacal nitrogen and generate significantly decreased and butyric acid, its fermentation quality and nutritive quality has improved significantly;Three mixed silage with a 70 % +30 % smooth bromegrass in alfalfa silage fermentation quality and nutritive quality of the best.(4) Add 2 % sucrose, 20 % wheat bran, 10 % corn flour in alfalfa silage can effectively promote the production of lactic acid, acetic acid, lower p H, reduction of ammoniacal nitrogen and acid production;Silage after 30 d, and protein retention increased significantly, and neutral detergent fiber NDF content decreased significantly, effectively improve the fermentation quality and nutritive value of alfalfa silage;Add three silage processing agricultural and sideline products to add 10 % corn flour on fermentation quality and nutritive quality of the best.(5) Comprehensive comparison of mixed silage and silage added agricultural products processing,The results showed that in silage processing to add 10 % corn flour on fermentation quality and nutritivevalue of silage handling best.
