Abuse of pesticides in the Mushroom seriously affect the quality of edible fungi,Pesticide residues in edible fungi become an important issue at this stage mushroom security. This paper studies the citrinopileatus, mushroom and training compound of thiram, imidacloprid, digestion Kresoxim dynamic and established multi-residue analysis of pesticides in three kinds of edible fungi.Samples were extracted with acetonitrile, Florisil column first with hexane pretreated with acetone / hexane(20: 80, v: v) leaching and elution. In 0.05 mg / kg of the added concentration, thiram, imidacloprid, kresoxim average recoveries in citrinopileatus was 84.8-87.9%, 4.3-5.5% coefficient of variation; The average recoveries in the range of 84.2-86.7% ostreatus coefficient of variation was 4.4-6.6%. At 0.1mg / kg added concentration, the average recovery of citrinopileatus,, was 84.3-89.1% coefficient of variation of 6.2-6.7%; the average recovery in ostreatus as 89.3-93.0%, the coefficient of variation of 2.9-4.3%. At 0.5mg / kg concentration in citrinopileatus average recovery rate was 90.1-95.2%, coefficient of variation was 4.5-6.6%; the average recovery in ostreatus for 92.3-98.9% coefficient of variation of 1.2-6.4%. The average recoveries of 81.8-100.4% training compound, coefficient of variation was 2.9-6.4%. Minimum detectable concentration was citrinopileatus 0.02mg/kg-0.022mg/kg, ostreatus minimum detectable concentration was 0.0188mg/kg-0.0208mg/kg, the minimum detectable concentration training materials for 0.0196mg/kg-0.0224mg/kg.Digestion dynamic experiments show thiram in citrinopileatus, ostreatus and half-life were cultured compound 2.4d, 2.5d and 12.6d, imidacloprid in citrinopileatus, ostreatus and half-life were cultured compound 3.1d, 3.8d and 14.0d. Both pesticide degradation processes are in line with first-order kinetics. Through storage, ultraviolet, ultrasonic, ozone, five pesticide-degrading enzymes removal method, the results show that the ozone method, ultrasonic removal better, thiram treatment using ozone removal efficiency of 90.1%, after sonication removal rate 91.5%, imidacloprid after removal of the two treatment methods were 95.4% and 95.5%.Digestion dynamic experiments show thiram in citrinopileatusPleurotus ostreatus and half-life were cultured compound 2.4d, 2.5d and 12.6d, imidacloprid in citrinopileatus, ostreatus and half-life were cultured compound 3.1d, 3.8d and 14.0d.
