Chinese has been an agricultural country, with a very full utilization of str aw straw resources,but the efficiency is zoned under the trend of display,becaus e of which the main is not processing are burned, not only the efficiency is low, and the release of CO,SO2 pollution to the environment; at the same time,as a big country of agriculture, protein supply is the lack of material, the foot is regarded as waste thrown away, not only to the resource waste and environment pollution. The agricultural product production environmental protection as one of the important part of modern agriculture, domestic and industry construction, resource utilization of agricultural waste is one of the important research content. If can the depth development and application of plant straw, to transform it into a top with protein feed, the formation of a new protein resources, will be on China animal husbandry and feed industryfar-reaching influence.Straw utilization rate are low because you own constitution led, cell wall l ignin in straw is interlaced with semi cellulose, while the inside is a celluloe,which is a complex mixture, it hinders the application of animal and degradation of hemicellulose, cellulose and other ingredients, this release out nutrient straw in cells, resulting in its high digestibility. Can be made from two aspects of the use of straw feed. First: to break down the lignin and hemicellulose, cellulose chemical bond between the use of basification, destruction of hemicellulose cellulose lignin the complex special structure; second: by microbial method of adding cellulose degradation bacteria degradation of straw cellulose, while adding bacteriaprotein(yeast) so as to improve the protein content of straw feed.The research results show that:1, through to the yellow corn straw was pretreated with NaCLO2 and NaOH continuously, can effectively remove the corn straw lignin, hemicellulose and cellulose in straw to be preserved,size 1-2 cm, according to the proportion of corn stra-w 10 g reaction and NaCLO2100 mlreaction, the concentration of NaCLO2 was 10g/L, the reaction temperature is 70 C, reaction time is 2h, the removal rate of li-gn in is 62.33%, the use of NaCLO2 can effectively remove the corn straw lignn; according to the reaction ratio of corn straw 10 g and NaOH100 ml, inresponse to a concentration of 6% NaOH, reaction temperature 60 C, reaction time is 1.5h,the removal rate of hemicellulose was 92.17%, hemicellulose in order to effectively remove thecorn straw by NaOH.2, in the composting of cow dung, sheep rumen fluid and soil, decaying leaves for the separation of materials, high efficient cellulose decomposing bacteria is olated from 4 strainsbelonging to Pseudomonas and bacillus, the cellulase activity were 30.03U/ml, 29.31U/ml,26.87U/ml, 35.62U/ml, the biggest is the separation of the decaying leaves strains the enzyme activity of 35.62U/ml.3, from the straw compost was selected 3 yeast strains, strain A1 at 30 DEG C, pH5.0 was the optimum condition, strain A2 at 28 DEG C, pH5.0 was the optimum condition, strain A3 at 24 DEG C, pH5.0 was the most suitable conditions. According to the characteristics of the localtemperature, strain A2 is more appropriate.4, the concentration of NaCLO2 is 10 g/L, 70 DEG C, 2h; NaOH concentrateion is 6%, 60 C,1.5 h pretreated corn stover treated according to the formula, processig, and add thequantitative proportion of M3 and A2 mixed bacteria liqud, stir, and then into a suitablecontainer, compaction fermentation, closed, under different conditions, determine the optimum fermentation conditions. At a temperature of 28 DEG C, cultivation of 10 d Ph5.0 under the condition of straw feed and protein content increased 7.4%.
