The extension of time, with the increase of stress level stress 3 paeonia rockii varieties of plant height, the thick branches and leaf area growth is restrained, the greater the degree of stress is the greater inhibition. ‘Jinchengnvlang’ under drought stress inhibition of plant height growth by 29.33% ~ 68.62% lower than the CK to the maximum, ’Fenrongsuzhuang’ by inhibition of minimum 15.11% ~ 31.77% lower than the CK; Under the stress of waterlogging ‘Bingshancangyu’ plant height growth inhibition of 63.27% ~ 81.44% lower than the CK to the maximum, ‘Jinchengnvlang’ by inhibition of minimum 29.33% ~ 72.24% lower than CK. 3 varieties under the stress of drought and waterlogging plant height growth is restrained degree than the thick branches and leaf area growth inhibition degree is big, can behave in most plants have a high level of stress increment.2. Prolonged with the increase of stress level and stress 3 paeonia rockii varieties leaf relative water content, chlorophyll content, soluble protein content and SOD activity were downward trend, and the greater the degree of stress reduction of the largest. These indicators under drought stress reduction ‘Jinchengnvlang’for the biggest, ‘Fenrongsuzhuang’ to a minimum.Waterlogging the reduction of the indicators ‘Bingshancangyu’, ‘Jinchengnvlang’ to a minimum. ‘Bingshancangyu’ and ‘Fenrongsuzhuang’ these indicators under drought stress reduction than waterlogging stress, ‘Jinchengnvlang’ under the stress of a 95% reduction in small and 35% stress, more than 55% reduction under duress.3. The cell membrane relative permeability appeared rising trend, all in the lowest under 55% and CK stress. The cell membrane permeability increased under drought stress amplitude ‘Jinchengnvlang’ for the biggest, ‘Fenrongsuzhuang’ to a minimum. The increase of cell membrane permeability under waterlogging stress that ’hidden iceberg jade ‘Jinchengnvlang’ to a minimum. ‘Bingshancangyu’ and ‘Fenrongsuzhuang’ cell membrane permeability increased under drought stress amplitude is greater than the LaoHai stress, ‘Jinchengnvlang’ in the cell membrane permeability increased under 95% stress, small amplitude and 35% stress under greater than 55% stress amplitude increase.4. Water stress inhibited the peony, photosynthesis decreased peony Pn, Tr and Gs. ’hidden iceberg jade 35% drought stress, Pn decrease is caused by porosity and non stomatal factors, and Pn decrease under waterlogging stress is caused by factors other than pores; ‘Fenrongsuzhuang’ 35% drought stress, Pn is reduced stomatal factors, Pn decrease under 95% stress is caused by porosity and non stomatal factors, The Pn under half submerged stress is reduced stomatal factors; ‘Jinchengnvlang’ 35% drought stress, Pn decrease is caused by porosity and non stomatal factors, Pn decrease is under 95% stress caused by stomatal factors, half flooding stress, Pn is reduced stomatal factors.With the change of the above index three peony varieties suitable for survival in the soil relative water content of 55% ~ 75% for the most appropriate, three peony varieties are not half water resistance. ‘Bingshancangyu’ resistance to drought stress than ‘Jinchengnvlang’, the ability to drought stress is‘Fenrongsuzhuang’, and ‘Fenrongsuzhuang’ waterlongging stress resistance is greater than the‘Bingshancangyu’, most waterlongging stress is ‘Jinchengnvlang’ The 3 paeonia rockii varieties of drought resistance order for ‘Fenrongsuzhuang’ > ‘Bingshancangyu’ > ‘Jinchengnvlang’, resistanceto water damage for > ‘Jinchengnvlang’ >‘Fenrongsuzhuang’> ‘Bingshancangyu’.
