Zheergen is a kind of Chinese herbal medicine, in the same time it is one of the main edible vegetables in guizhou and other places,It has a lot of planting in guizhou,zheergen harvesting mechanization is the key to realization mechanization of agriculture in guizhou.Guizhou terrain is hilly, mountainous regions,the small piece of zheergen field, not fit for the large-scale machine work, do not have a high level of agricultural mechanization. Therefore, studying a adapt to the special conditions of zheergen corpper harvest has important practical significance.First of all, this study analyzes the domestic and foreign existing potato combine harvester in the working principle, structure characteristics, and the problem of rice harvester in southwest, put forward a kind of strong adaptability and certain innovative of small zheergen cropper. Secondly, starting from the product conceptual design, with the characteristic of product conceptual design and the principle of product conceptual design, it is concluded that for small zheergen cropper the achieve function use of a digging shovel and vibration sieve.Third, starting from the layout plan and optimize the structure, it is concluded that for small zheergen cropper using conditions of the overall layout, to determine the operation of the machine speed, harvest, power input, mechanical work principle and the overall layout, etc. Fourth,on the basis of determine the overall scheme design the key parts, this part mainly discusses the digging shovel components and the design of separation and conveyer. Fifth, other parts design, this part mainly determine the rough shape of rack and the parts size, as well as the selection and design of the walking wheel.Sixth, The transmission part design, selection of main transmission system and the rotation plan, at the same time determine the power part of the machine, as well as select the traction machine. Finally,through the above steps, determine the geometric parameters of machine parts size, laid it as the foundation for the machine’s three-dimensional modelling,Then, using the 3d software of solidworks to establish the mode for machine,such as power supply parts, rack parts, mining, transportation and cleaning parts, transmission parts and walking system for 3 d modelling, and through the various modules of virtual assembly technology organic union, finished half feeding the overall assembly of small zheergen cropper.In this study, the application of modular design, 3 d entity modeling and virtual assembly technology and other advanced design methods and means, the design process, design experience and combines computer technology, greatly improve the design speed, shorten the time needed for the product design and product design cost, and the study of the same type product design research has important reference significance.
