This paper focuses on the study of potato residue produced from production of potato starch for the reason that is not easy to store and transport and pollutes the environment, while studies on the exploitation and utilization are few. This paper took potato residue as the main raw material, the experiments of single-strain and multi-strain fermentation were adopted to select the optimal strain; wheat straw, corn stalks and other crop waste as accessories were used to ferment protein feeds, the culture medium formula of protein feeds was optimized; and the production of protein feeds was studied on potato residue with selected strains by solid state fermentation. After which the nutritional value of protein feeds before and after fermentation was analyzed and compared by in vitro simulated experiment. The following results were drawn.(1)After an extensive literature review, Candida utilis, Bacillus subtilis, Aspergillus niger, had been considered to be three strains which were the highest in production of the crude protein and true protein content by choosing from nine kinds of bacteria of Aspergillus niger, Geotrichum candidum, Bacillus subtilis, Trichtoderma viride, white-rot fungus, Candida utilis, Candida tropicalis, Saccharomyces cerevisiae, Aspergillus oryzae in the filter the fermentation. After composite strains, double bacteria fermentation was significantly higher than single strain fermentation in producing crude protein content. The combination was slightly lower than the double combination. So it comes to such kinds of bacteria,and ratio of the combination of composite strain: the Aspergillus niger and Candida utilis, its inoculation ratio of 1: 1.5, inoculum was 7.5%.(2)According to grow crops in Xinjiang, select crop waste bran, corn stover, corn cobs, wheat straw, canola straw fermentation as protein feed materials, after screening, selection of wheat straw and wheat bran as a solid fermentation fermented accessories. Urea selected from urea, ammonium sulfate, sodium nitrate most inorganic nitrogen source. Analysis based on the response surface method ultimately determine the optimum medium for the best ratio, Aspergillus niger: Candida Nguyen production of 1:b 1.5, inoculum was 7.5%, 2.5% urea dosage, wheat straw and wheat bran is added accessories, and its added amount of 10%.(3)It found out that three factors which play key role on amount of the crude protein and true protein of fermentation product, and range of these factors with the help of uniform design.Then, optimized the producing process for protein feeds with potato pulp by response surface analysis,as a result, the best producing process was: water content of potato residue was 150%; saccharify time was 30min; saccharify temperature was 30℃;fermentation time was 42h; fermentation temperature was 30℃; enzme was 4%. The results showed that crude protein content and ture protein content in fermentation product was significantly improved compared with the fermentation prior.(4)Results of fermented potato protein feed of before and after each substance digestibility comes out by fermentation protein feed through in vitro simulation test. In, the digestibility of dry matter, crude protein, crude fat and crude fiber digestibility was significantly improved compared to Potato waste fermented feed fermentation before the test. The digestibility of crude fiber and crude protein improved most significantly, 101.6% and 92.7%. It showed that, can improve utilization of feed. In microbial fermentation of protein feed, the content of Glutamic acid, aspartic acids, Valine, tyrosine relatively high, the high content of Valine, Lysine, Histidine, Methionine in essential amino aci.
