| In recent years, forestry management departments at all levels have established various forest resources information systems and databases at different scales according to their own different requirements. But those relatively independent systems and data are dispersive, which results in no collaborative supervision between different forestry departments, and not conducing to systematic and comprehensive decision making. Facing the shortages of current forest resources information management, the author tried to discuss the theory of forest resources information integration, and designed and implemented the Forest Resources Information Integration System at the county levels and finally put it into use in Longquan forestry bureau in Zhenjiang Province. This research provided a scheme of evidence to solve the problem of information integration both in independent systems and data. The contents in detail include:(1) Make the research of Forest Resources Information Integration Mechanism. Based on the analysis of the existing mode of forest resource management, the author used AHP(analytic hierarchy process) to clear integrated contents, and put forword Multi-link Data Correlation Model and Information Comprehensive Expression Model, then put those models into application in actual management.(2) Design and implement Forest Resources Information Integration System. Based on more than 10 running application systems and the research on integrated contents, Multi-link Data Correlation Model and Information Comprehensive Expression Model, the author designed and implemented the Forest Resources Information Integration System and put it into use in Longquan forestry bureau. The system combined 84 contents on 15 management aspects including forest rights, felling, afforestation, ecological forest, forest resources inventory and so on, thus it can preferably realize the comprehensive expression of information, and can comprehensively and systematically express the condition of forest resources and the situation of forestry production and management, providing a unified platform for information sharing and collaborative supervision in forest resources management. The innovation points of this article are:(1) Establish Multi-link Data Correlation Model. Through the definition of three Information Linkage Indexes including Correlation Importance Degree, Correlation Intense Degree, Correlation Strength Degree, the author made a quantitative analysis on the correlation between different links, and confirmed the fact that information can not be effectively shared between every link because of lack of data linkage, providing a theoretical basis of redundant information integration and the establishment of such a forest resources information integration system based on information linkage.(2) Establish Information Comprehensive Expression Model. Based on Multi-link Data Correlation Model, as well as the type, level and characteristics of data, the author established a three-level-hierarchy forest resources information expression structure which included indexes, businesses and links. The establishment of the model was to explore the expression mechanism of forest resources management information based on data correlation in the integration systems. |
