Studies On Forest Resources Information Management And Construction Of Information System

Forest resources are the substantial bases for carrying out the sustainable development of forestry, whose quantity and quality are closely related to the possibility of sustainable development of forestry directly. How to enhance the quantity and improve the quality of forest resources, strengthen the forest resources management, and realize the sustainable development of forest have been the hotspot and common cognition which the whole world pay attention to.Thus, the thesis chose forest resources management and the construction of information system to study, and has discussed some related problems. The main contents and results are as follows.1. The definition of the concept concerning Forest Resources Management and Information Management, the theory of management and the history and the prospect of forest resources management in our country.2. The analysis of forest information management of our country, including the principle of the system construction and the strategy of the software development, the analysis of the demand of the system, the purpose and the function, the data criterion and the software development criterion, data dictionary and so on.3. Based on the project of forest resources management information system construction, considering the actual business demand and putting the emphasis on the actual application, I studied the particular design of forest resources management information system including four levels: the level of the country, the level of the province, the level of the city, and the level of the county, in which the system function design, the data base design, and the local network design of every level and connection of each other, etc. have been discussed.
