Camellia oleifera Abel is one of the greatest important economic trees in South China. For a long time, high-yield Camellia oleifera is greatly based on high investment-based fertilizers, which needs lots of money and results in environment pollution. Biogas slurry is a quality organic fertilizer with high quality. The explorement of biogas fertilizer irrigating Camellia oleifera can solve problems of the storgae and environment pollution for pig Biogas slurry, and also save the production costs.This study focused on Ganwu series High-yielding clones of Camellia oleifera, and explored the effects of different amounts of Biogas slurry in Camellia oleifera cultivation. Four different amount gradients of the Biogas slurry with control test were set for watering under the randomized block test. The object of this study was to exam the variation of growth and development of Camellia, yield and quality of the fruit, nutrients of soil and leaves. The results were as follows:1. Under different amounts of biogas slurry, the Camellia plant’s height, crown width and diameter varied. When the amount of Biogas slurry was 30 kg.strains-1, the increment of heighth, crown width, diameter, leaf greenness of Camellia were higher rather than those of CK, and the trend of growth ws greater significant. Combined growth indexes in 2013 and 2014,the amount of biogas slurry was applied 20~30 kg.strains-1 is better.2. Under different amounts of Biogas slurry in Camellia, soil fertility were improved. The content of alkaline hydrolysis N, available P,,available Kand organic matter had increased greatly in 0~40 cm soil, and generally with the amount of Biogas slurry increasing in this experiment, when biogas slurry 40 kg.strains-1, soil improvement effect is the most favorable.3. Under different amounts of biogas slurry in Camellia, the leaf nutrient reactions varied. When biogas slurry was watering by 30 kg.strains-1, cumulative effect of N, P, and K element in the leaf was highest. Camellia leaf nutrient accumulation was more consistent with growth changes,showed for the first increases and then decreases,excess amount of biogas slurry inhibit vegetative growth and nutrient content in leaf of Camellia.4. The amount of biogas slurry has significantly effects on the production plant, fruit weight, moisture content of seed fresh, fresh seed rate, dry kernel rate, fruit oil yield and seeds oil yield of Camellia. With the increased use of biogas slurry, fruit weight constant weight gain and 40 kg.strains-1 maximum, the production plant, fresh seed rate and seeds oil yield showed first increased and then decreased and 30 kg.strains-1 maximum, dry kernel rate showed better with 20~30 kg.strains-1, fruit oil yield showed better with 30~40 kg.strains-1, moisture content of seed fresh showed first decreased and then increased and 30 kg.strains-1 minimum.5. Applying different amounts of biogas slurry in Camellia, the palmitic acid, γ-linolenic acid and meal protein content when 10 kg.strains-1 maximum, stearic acid content 10 kg.strains-1 reached the maximum, and stearic acid content increases regularly with the amount of biogas slurry, the first increase and then decreased. Biogas slurry application may be has smaller impact on linoleic acid and oleic acid content.In summary, when consided the growth and development, yield and quality of the fruit, soil and leaf nutrient, 30 kg.strains-1 biogas slurry(pig manure anaerobic fermentation pruduce biogas) were suggested to apply in Camellia mature forest in Wannian County.
