This experiment mainly selects the healthy with normal libido of stallions(Thoroughbreds) as experimental animals, and measures the libido indexes, sperm quality and plasma biochemical indexes to make use for significance analysis in stallions. The results are as follows:Studying the effects of different exercise intensity on libido indexes in stallions: the results indicated that the reaction time, ejaculation time, number of mounts, number of effective semen collections of group A and group B in stallions at 0 week were no significant difference(P<0.05);then the reaction time in group A of first 2 weeks was very significantly higher than in group B(P<0.01), group B at 6 weeks was significantly higher than in group A(P<0.05), group A at 8 weeks was very significantly lower than group B(P<0.01); the ejaculation time in group A at 8 weeks was very significantly higher than group B(P<0.01); the libido score in group A at 6 weeks was significantly higher than in group B(P<0.01), and at 8 weeks was significantly higher in group B(P<0.05).and the other indexes was no significant difference in all periods(P>0.05).Studying the effects of different exercise intensity on stallion semen quality: the results indicated at 8 weeks the sperm motility, semen volume, semen proportion of stallion in group A was significantly higher than group B(P<0.05), at 6 weeks the semen abnomal rate of stallion in group A was significantly higher than group B(P<0.05), the semen concentration between the group A and group B in stallion were no significant difference(P>0.05). In conclusion, exercise intensity of group A on semen quality of stallions had a better effect.Studying the effects of different exercise intensity on stallion plasma biochemical indexes: the results indicated at 6 and 8 weeks before exercise the plasma T of group A was significantly higher than group B(P<0.05), and 15 min after exercise at 8 weeks the plasma T of group A was significantly higher than group B(P<0.05). Immediately after the exercise at 0 and 6 weeks the plasma E2 of group A was significantly higher than group B(P<0.05), and at 2 and 4 weeks the plasma E2 of group A was highly significant higher than group B(P<0.01); 15 min after exercise at 2 weeks the plasma E2 of group A was significantly higher than group B(P<0.05), and 30 min after exercise at 2 weeks the plasma E2 of group A was highly significant higher than group B(P<0.01). Before exercise at 6 weeks the plasma Mg of group B was significantly higher than group A(P<0.05), immediately after the exercise and 60 min after exercise at 2 weeks the plasma Mg of group B was significantly higher than group A(P<0.05).Before and after exercise at 0 weeks the plasma Fe between the group A and group B were no significant difference(P>0.05), 60 min after exercise at 2 and 4 weeks the plasma Fe of group A was significantly higher than group B(P<0.05), 30 min before exercise and 30 min after exercise at 6 weeks the plasma Fe of group A was significantly lower than group B(P<0.05); before exercise at 8 weeks the plasma Fe of group A was significantly lower than group B(P<0.05). in conclusion, exercise intensity of group A on T, E2 has better promotion effect, but had no effect on Mg, and later in exercise stallions of group A have some Fe deficiency, should be added in time.
