| This study, which used ’Yuluxiang’ pear,’Huangguan’ pear, Bartlett pear, red Bartlett pear,’Shuofeng’ pear,’Suli’ pear and ’Hongxiang’ pear as the research object, mainly measure the weight of every pear, the transverse diameter and vertical diameter, fruit shape index, hardness, soluble solid content, the content of stone cell,and the observation of stone cell morphology and distribution, group of stone cells size and density. The results are as follows:(1)The order (from higher to lower) of the weight of 7 varieties were:Bartlett pear> ’Yuluxiang’ pear> ’Suli’ pear> ’Huangguan’pear>red Bartlett pear> ’Shuofeng’ pear> ’Hongxiang’ pear.Fruit shape of 7 varieties were: ’Huangguan’ pear’s shape is round;’Yuluxiang’ pear and ’Shuofeng’ pear’s fruit shape were broad ovoid;’Suli’ pear, red Bartlett, Bartlett and ’Hongxiang’pear’s shape is oblong.The order (from higher to lower) of the hardness of 7 varieties were:red Bartlett pear> ’Hongxiang’ pear> Bartlett pear> ’Huangguan’ pear> ’Shuofeng’ pear> ’Suli’ pear> ’Yuluxiang’ pear.The order (from higher to lower) of the soluble solids of 7 varieties were:Bartlett pear >red Bartlett pear> ’Suli’ pear> ’Yuluxiang’ pear> ’Shuofeng’ pear> ’Hongxiang’ pear> ’Huangguan’ pear.(2)The order (from higher to lower) of the the content of stone cell in different varieties were:. ’Shuofeng’pear> ’Hongxiang’ pear> ’Suli’ pear> ’Yuluxiang’ pear>red Bartlett pear> Bartlett pear> ’Huangguan’pear.The order (from higher to lower) of the the content of stone cell in different parts werec:ore region>peel region>middle part. The different size pear in one variety tend to shows that the smaller pear has a higher content of stone cell.(3) The correlation between economic traits of pear and the content of stone cells:the results shows there have significant negative correlation between fruit weight, diameter, longitudinal diameter and stone cell content. There have significant correlation between the fruit hardness and the stone cell content. There have significant negative correlation between soluble solids content and stone cell content.(4)The result of Wiesner reaction shows that the group of stone cells were mainly distributed in the core, and showing a radiation shape from the core to the pulp extends. The distribution characteristics is the stone cells in the core >the stone cells near the pear peel>the stone cells in the middle flesh. The density distribution of the stone cell in the core parts:’Huangguan’ pear> ’Suli’ pear> ’Shuofeng’ pear> ’Yuluxiang’ pear> red Bartlett pear.(5) Based on the comparison on stone cell group’s diameter, density and distance from the group between the different pear varieties, it can be sumed up that red Bartlett pear have stone cell groud with smaller diameter and smaller density, which make it’s flesh delicate and taste good. The features of ’Huangguan’pear’s stone cell groups are larger diameter, smaller density, and larger distance between the stone cell groups, the features can sum up that’Huangguan’pear have better quality. The features of ’Suli’pear’s stone cell groups are a little bigger diameter which slightly impact on flesh quality, the larger density, make it have coarse flesh and a general taste. The near peel part and core part’s stone cell group of’Yuluxiang’pear have small diameter and in lager quantities, and the middle part’s stone cell group have large diameter, minimum density, maximum distance,which make it have the largest diameter and minimum quantity. Although have many stone cells, the complement of the diameter and the number makes’Yuluxiang’pear taste still very well. |
