This thesis is based on seven different varieties of pear to be experimental material, the formation, distribution of stone cells of fruit of pear and relationship of fruit quality were studied. What's more, the experiment choose Kuerle Fragrant Pear and adopt the method of artificial pollination, fruit bag, spraying SA, spraying CaCl2, niping calyces to reduce stone cells. 1.The stone cells began to form at about 10~15 days after full blossom. Then the density and diameter of stone cells were gradually increased. The highest diameter was observed at about 90 days after full blossom, the density peak at about 50 days after full blossom. And they were then gradually decreased with fruit grown up. The diameter and density of stone cells near the core and the skin of fruit were larger than that of middle part pulp. 2. Kuerle Fragrant Pear of different artificial pollination exist differences in density, diameter and contents of stone cells, so stone cells have Metaxenia . 3. Fruit bag could reduce diameter and contents of stone cells and had no distinct influence on density of stone cells , but quality showed a trend of descent in different level. 4.The density, diameter and contents of stone cell were decreased in the treatment of SA spraying. The best concentration of spraying SA was 0.02mmol/L. Meanwhile, the fruit rigidity was increased, but total soluble solid contents were decreased and titration acid contents were increased in the treatment of SA spraying. 5.Treatment of spraying 0.5% CaCl2 could decrease stone cell's contents, but it hadn't distinct effect. 6. Niping calyces had no distinct effect to decrease stone cells, but total soluble solid contents were increased and titration acid contents were decreased, so it could improve fruit quality.
