Understory interplanting tea chrysanthemum can give full play to the forest land resources, creating good social, ecological, economic benefits, at the same time, the ecological conditions of woodland is a unique place for the development of high-quality excellent tea chrysanthemum. In this study, four tea chrysanthemum cultivars that suitable for the North were used to investigate morphological, physiological, and photosynthetic characteristics of seedlings in pot experiments with varied relative water content in the soil in order to evaluate synthetic drought resistance and screen drought resistance varietie. This study interplanting the drought resistant variety that screened to different text area, from the aspects of transplanting stage, transplanting, planting density, pinching times, fertilizer and water management to research on the influence to the growth, bosssom and yield of it, and summarized the key cultivation techniques of high yield forest of tea chrysanthemum. The results are as follows:(1) Different varieties of tea chrysanthemum to drought stress tolerance and adaptability are different. The membership function method was used to calculate the synthetic drought resistance.’Ruhe’was the most drought resistant, followed by’Huangchulong’, then ’Fanbailu’, and finally’Yurenmian’, suggesting that’Ruhe’should be considered first for water-saving cultivation.(2) In irrigated conditions of forestland, the way transplanting with rooting powder treatment and mulching was better, the place that irrigation condition poor can consider earth ball transplanting with plastic film mulching. Because of May transplant survival rate is high, and early spring transplanting can make plants have a long growth period as’Ruhe’blossom early,’Ruhe’should be planted in the spring mainly. The effect that’Ruhe’in the covered condition with 40x40cm spacing interplanted was better, planting density 30×30cm and 50×50cm were not conducive to the growth of’Ruhe’, and film mulching can effectively improve soil moisture and promote the growth of’Ruhe’. Topping test in different test area show that topping times too much or too little were not conducive to improve the yield of’Ruhe’, the growth and yield of’Ruhe’was the higest with topping 2 deal in Lantau Peak ecology botanical garden and topping 1 deal in Lin chlorogenic ecological park, the suitable topping numbers of’Ruhe’affected by transplanting time, plant growth, flowering and so on. The yield of’Ruhe’was the higest under the irrigation treatment that watering twice and covering plastic mulch, but the irrigation of the land affected by factors such as rainfall greater, need according to the current climate conditions to develop irrigation system that more suitable for that climate to ensure high and stable yield of ’Ruhe’. Single fertilization experiment showed that, nitrogen fertilizer is the key nutrient for growth and flowering of ’Ruhe’, followed by phosphorus and potassium, the whole growth stage of ’Ruhe’ have different nutrient demand, in the vegetative growth and flower bud stage nitrogen fertilizer is better, the main application of phosphate fertilizer was in the reproductive growth stage, Potash fertilizer wsa in the flowering period.
