| Astragalus membranaceus which is excavated the root as the medicinal between 3 to 7 years is a perennial herb of Leguminosae astragalus genus. In order to make full use of the wasted cauline leaf in the growth of the reciprocating cycle, this study determines and analyses the four factors of green manure including the coarse organic matter, total N, total P, total K and the twelve large and trace elements content in different growth period of different ages of astragalus membranaceus stem leaf, basing on the the national organic fertilizer quality classification standard and the average content of large and trace elements in higher plants. On the basis of the nutrients content of stem leaf and dynamic accumulation of effective constituents in the root of astragalus membranaceus, it can determine the optimal picking age and the harvest time of the stem leaf as green manure. Then use the stem leaf handled into green manure in corn field to determine the soil microbial community structure and the soil enzyme activity, the key enzyme of nitrogen metabolism in corn, the yield and quality index, aiming for the development of astragalus membranaceus green manure products and promoting the basic research foundation for the sustainable development of ecological agriculture.The results showed that:â‘ The green manure levels of astragalus membranaceus stem leaf were all the second class (excepting the deciduous period of the five years was thrid class), the optimal picking age and the harvest time of the stem leaf as green manure was the fruit ripe period of three years.â‘¡Three years of astragalus membranaceus green manure had enhanced the key enzyme activity of glutamine synthetase of nitrogen metabolism, and it had increased 2.43 times of corn yield, it not only could improve the content of lysine and tryptophan 7.3% and 56.2%, also increase the albumin, globulin, gliadin, gluten of protein components about 57.3%,75.4%,35.8% and 41.9%. â‘¢Three years of astragalus membranaceus green manure could increase the number of bacteria, actinomyces and fungi in the soil. In the heading stage of the corn, it could increase the bacteria, actinomyces and fungi about 17.9%,10.4% and 17.9%. In the filling stage of the corn, it could increase the bacteria, actinomyces and fungi about 69.7%,23.9% and 50.0%.â‘£Three years of astragalus membranaceus green manure had increased the activities of the soil enzymes, the activity of the invertase, alkaline phosphatase, urease, polyphenol oxidase respectively increased by 30.1%,25.9%,9.3% and 25.9%. In all, integrated the effect of many sided, the effect of astragalus membranaceus green manure was the most significant in the single fertilizer experiment. Astragalus membranaceus green manure mixed with compound fertilizer was higher than the effect of astragalus membranaceus green manure, and with the increase of concentration of green manure the effect was more obvious. |
