Salix likes light and wet, tolerates drought and cold, has strong adaptability to the environment, which belongs to the wide ecological amplitude of tree species, is a good tree species for landscape and ecological restoration, with high ornamental value and economic value. In recent years, willow became the important energy tree species and has obtained the very good development and utilization. With the male catkins progressive solution to the problems, the willow tree as a specific function, in the solution of the gradual depletion of energy issues, has been attached great importance to Chinnese production and scientific research units. The low survival rate of trees planting and breeding, seed is tiny, short survival time, be seeding fresh, not easy to maintain a kind of genetic traits, and unstable, so many excellent traits by asexual reproduction to keep parents. Cuttings for most of Salix is easy, but there are a few types difficult to breed by cutting, such as Chinese Chosenia arbutifolia and Salix tschanbaischanica, two class protection plants in china, due to deforestation, reproductive problems, is now endangered. In order to solve the difficult problem of Salix clones, this study selected Salix dasyclados which rooting is difficult and has a high ornamental value and Chosenia arbutifolia which cuttage breeding is not easy of tissue culture and rapid propagation and cutting experiment, the best way of asexual reproduction, to provide technical support for the production and application of Salix.1. This study has established the complete Salix dasyclados shoot clumps rapid propagation system, it is concluded that the Salix dasyclados micropropagation of optimal ratio of culture medium and growth regulator.(1) Salix dasyclados explant start to cultivate the best formula: the DKW + 6-BA0.2 mg?L-1 + NAA 0.05 mg?L-1;(2) the proliferation of Salix dasyclados stem section optimal formula: improved DKW + 6-BA 1.0 mg?L-1+ NAA 0.10 mg?L-1,multiplication coefficient is 6.17;(3) Salix dasyclados roots develop the best formula: improved DKW + IBA 0.40 mg?L-1, the rooting rate was 96.67%, rooting index was 144.28.2. Chosenia arbutifolia seed regeneration research, the result is:(1) the best start Chosenia arbutifolia stem section medium: improved DKW + 6-BA 0.2 mg?L-1 + NAA 0.05 mg?L-1 medium;(2) the Chosenia arbutifolia injury induced best formula: WPM + NAA 0.25 mg?L-1 + 6-BA 1.50 mg?L-1, the callus induction rate was 89.20%;(3) the best formula of Chosenia arbutifolia stem section proliferation: improved DKW + NAA 0.10 mg?L-1 + 6-BA 0.20 mg?L-1, multiplication coefficient is 6.60;(4) the best prescription of Chosenia arbutifolia induced root: improved DKW + IBA 0.10 mg?L-1+ NAA, 0.05 mg?L-1, the rooting rate was 80.21%, rooting index was 20.18.3. Chosenia arbutifolia of hard branch cutting technology research:(1) select the hydroponic promote root and induce the best concentration of IBA rooting hard branches. Chosenia arbutifolia branches hydroponic promote root the best concentration of IBA 150 mg?L-1, the rooting rate was 60.00%, rooting index was 7.17;(2) Chosenia arbutifolia branches inducing rooting experiment, IBA optimal concentration was 1500 mg?L-1, the rooting rate was 93.33%, rooting index was 166.24.In summary, this study established a tissue culture of Salix dasyclados and Chosenia arbutifolia in the rapid propagation system, selected the various stages of Salix dasyclados, Chosenia arbutifolia in the best culture medium and the growth regulator formulations, solve the difficult cuttings rooting of Chosenia arbutifolia, which provides technical support for the future of Salix dasyclados and Chosenia arbutifolia rapid propagation.
