The Linden in changbai mountains are widely distributed, every year it will produce high quality honey, At the same time it also produced a large number of linden bee pollen, the linden bee pollen was formed after the saliva, honey and the linden pollen, it were produced When the bees gather honey. At present the study of the linden bee pollen was very few, but the physiological active substances content in bee pollen were rich. There was already Existed verification the linden bee pollen has high flavonoids content, while the study of linden bee pollen research is more one-sided. This experiment use linden bee pollen as raw material, analysis the in vivo and in vitro studies its oxidation resistance respectively.The experiments will analysis the general component and physiological active ingredient content of the linden bee pollen. It was concluded that the moisture of the linden bee pollen was:16.95%, the crude protein content was:4.68%, the crude fat contents was:2.03%, the crude ash content was:0.99%, the carbohydrate content was:75.35%, the Ginsenoside content was:18.9 mg/g, the total flavonoid content was:10.10 mg/g, the total phenols content was:36.10 mg/g.The experiment use water, methanol, ethyl acetate, chloroform and n-butyl alcohol as extracting solvent to extract the linden been pollen respectively. The bee pollen was extracted for many times respectively, contain the filtrate in total respectively and with dry the solvent. Calculate the yield, the water extraction was: 57.42%, the Methanol extraction yield was:51.99%, the Ethyl acetate extraction yield was:3.60%, the Chloroform extraction yield was:5.94%, the n-butanol extraction yield was:6.73%.Then measure the linden bee pollen’s DPPH eliminating rate, the ·O- removing rate, the ·OH- eliminating rate and the reducing power of the linden been pollen extract, the conclusion was:In the aspect of DPPH clearance the n-butanol components was the strongest, When the concentration of 5 mg/mL, clearance rate close to 100%, The second was the methanol components; In terms of ·O- clearance, Methanol components was the strongest, When the concentration of 2 mg/mL, clearance rate of 80.03%, followed by ethyl acetate components; In the aspect of ·OH- free radical clearance, When the concentration of 5 mg/ml, The methanol components was the strongest, followed by n-butanol components; In the aspect of reducing power, The n-butanol components was the strongest, When the concentration of 5 mg/mL, clearance rate of 58.77%, followed by chloroform components. Comprehensive gain rate, ease and in vitro antioxidant experimental results, determine methanol as the optimal extract.Selection the linden bee pollen methanol extract and the most common linden water extract for Antioxidant in vivo experiments, they were both good in vitro antioxidant effect. In the determination of kunming mouse serum SOD activity, MDA value and the T-AOC value respectively, the results indicate that:the SOD and the T-AOC contains no significant difference when the methanol extract and water extract of the linden been pollen in the low doses, But the MDA methanol composition is better than that of water components.In the middle and high dose group, In terms of SOD activity, methanol composition is better than that of water components, the methanol compositions is better than that of the water components, while the methanol extract and the water extract on T-AOC and MDA content does not exist significant differences.In conclusion the linden bee pollen in vivo and in vitro are both good antioxidant capacity...
