Hydrangea are the largest of the entire genera genus in Hydrangea Branch. Because of its flower elegant, strong plant adaptability, so widely used in ornamental plants. Considering the plants of the genus of silk in such aspects as ecological habit and phonological changes for growth and development in Hunan region, and the previous was not widely Hydrangea varieties introduced from abroad for rapid propagation technology research. So I hope on the basis of the predecessors, based on the newly introduced six kinds of Hydrangea varieties in Hunan province ecological habit and phonological changes and so on to conduct a comprehensive observation and summary, to research on tissue culture and cutting after these Hydrangea mature, finally draws a suitable for the introduction of new Hydrangea cultivars and rapid propagation technology.Therefore, this research propagation technology to do a preliminary study on the Hydrangea macrophylla ’Cardinal’, Hydrangea macrophylla ’Emile Mouillere’, Hydrangea macrophylla ’Nightingale’, Hydrangea macrophylla ’Penny Mac’, Hydrangea macrophylla ’Alice’and Hydrangea macrophylla’Pee Wee’six newly introduced varieties of Hydrangea. The results are as follows:(1)The six newly introduced varieties of Hydrangea are grew normally in nursery, and therefore to study its phonology. Through to observe and record the data of the leaf infancy expansion, shoot growth, flowering and deciduous period to make changes in phonology curve analysis. Draw the phrenology law of six newly introduced varieties of Hydrangea, the bud period in 2-5 month, the leaf expansion period in 3-7 month, shoot growth period in 2-6 month, blossom period in 3-7 months(Hydrangea macrophylla ’Cardinal’ blossom period is beginning April), deciduous period in 8-12 months.(2) With six newly introduced varieties of Hydrangea stems with buds as explants for tissue culture, according to the different concentration ratio of 6-BA and NAA on the induction of buds when the number of bud and bud length effects were significant analysis. Obtain MS+6-BA1.0mg/L+NAA0.2mg/L was the best start medium in Hydangea macrophylla ’Cardinal’, Hydangea macrophylla ’Nightingale’, Hydrangea macrophylla ’Penny Mac’ and Hydrangea macrophylla ’Pee Wee’;MS+6-BA1.0mg/L+NAA0.5mg/L was the best start medium in Hydangea macrophylla ’Emile Mouillere’ and Hydangea macrophylla ’Alice’.Selection robust bud seedlings after subculture of successful, to rooting induction and culture, through the different concentration ratio of bud seedling rooting rate and root length effect on 6-BA and NAA analysis of variance. 1/2MS+6-BA0.1mg/L was the best medium in Hydangea macrophylla ’Cardinal’, Hydangea macrophylla ’Nightingale’, Hydangea macrophylla ’Alice’ and Hydrangea macrophylla ’Pee Wee’; 1/2MS+NAA0.1mg/L was the best medium in Hydangea macrophylla ’Emile Mouillere’ and Hydrangea macrophylla ’Penny Mac’.(3) The cutting experiment has been done in the introduction of six newly introduced varieties of Hydrangea shoots, under the same conditions, the matrix vermiculite+prelate+peat (1:1:1) on cuttage rooting effect of Hydrangea insertion rate and root length were all extremely significant, the rooting rate were 97.7%,98.6%, 98.5%,97.8%,99.2%,97.5%, the root length were 3.7cm,3.7cm,3.8cm,3.8cm,3.8cm and 3.7cm.
