The saline of China wide distribution, the area is large. It not only affects the agricultural and forestry production and ecological environment also caused serious damage. In this experiment, for the unique ecological environment of Shanxi Province, select Chinese tamarisk, Chinese Tamarisk Twig, Medlar, Sabina vulgarisare, Pyrus betulaefolia, Populus diversifolia, Elaeagnus angustifolia, Ulmus pumila as test material. The field trials use randomized block design layout and laboratory chemical analysis, analyze measurement the physical and chemical properties of soil and the physiological and ecological changes of plant. In order to investigate the degree of adaptation and improvement of the role of plants on saline soil.In the growth cycle of April 2014 to October, on the 20th of each month sampling measurement the water content, pH, EC value of the soil (0-20cm,20-40cm) under each species. Comparison of the impact on the physical and chemical properties of each species in the soil. Survey the survival rate and preservation rate of the eight kinds of species, determination SOD, POD, CAT activity changes of each species roots, stems, leaves three parts and comparative in vivo activity of each species over time trends. Through a growth cycle of physiological and ecological condition and dynamic monitoring of soil water and salt of each tree seedlings, receive the preliminary conclusions:(1) The descending order of survival rate of 8 kinds of tree seedling is Pyrus betulaefolia> Populus diversifolia> Chinese tamarisk> Ulmus pumila> Sabina vulgarisare> Chinese Tamarisk Twig> Elaeagnus angustifolia> Medlar.(2) The descending order of Saving rate of 8 kinds of tree seedling is Pyrus betulaefolia> Populus diversifolia> Chinese tamarisk>Chinese Tamarisk Twig>Elaeagnus angustifolia>Ulmus pumila= Medlar>Sabina vulgarisare.(3) Compared with the control of soil, the descending order of soil moisture fell of 8 kinds tree is Pyrus betulaefolia>Chinese tamarisk>Elaeagnus angustifolia>Chinese Tamarisk Twig>Populus diversifolia>Medlar>Ulmus pumila>Sabina vulgarisare.(4) Compared with the control of soil, the descending order of soil pH fell of 8 kinds tree is Pyrus betulaefolia> Chinese tamarisk> Chinese Tamarisk Twig> Elaeagnus angustifolia> Populus diversifolia > Medlar> Ulmus pumila> Sabina vulgarisare.(5) Compared with the control of soil, the descending order of soil EC fell of 8 kinds tree is Pyrus betulaefolia> Chinese tamarisk> Chinese Tamarisk Twig> Elaeagnus angustifolia> Populus diversifolia > Medlar> Ulmus pumila>Sabina vulgarisare.(6) From April to October the SOD, POD, CAT activity values of 8 kinds of trees change over time, showed increased and then decreased and each species showed a similar law:except Ulmus pumila and Sabina vulgarisare increased activity is shorter, highest value in August, the remaining species were elevated longer and the highest value in September.Through comprehensive analysis of the index, Pyrus betulaefolia, Chinese tamarisk, Chinese Tamarisk Twig and Elaeagnus angustifolia showed the best adaptability on northwest of Shanxi saline environmental; Populus diversifolia and Medlar showed better adaptability on northwest of Shanxi saline environmental; Ulmus pumila and Sabina vulgarisare showed poor adaptability on northwest of Shanxi saline environmental.
