For the scientific problem that the not clear regular patterns and factors in main nitrogen gas (N2O, NOx and NH3) emitted from swine manure solid storage and compost. The study on main nitrogen gas (N2O, NOx and NH3) emitted from swine manure solid storage and compost in Changjiang River Basin were observed systematically which measured using static-chamber-gas-chromatography, chemiluminescence absorption method, absorption by glycerol phosphate solution. Additionally study in-depth that the emission regularity and influence factors of swine manure solid storage and compost. As well as we set the vegetable (spinach) for the study, to explore when we used different ways of managing fertilizer to the farm, the differences in soil nitrogen-gas emissions. The main results were as follows:From the swine manure solid storage experiments,we can see the NH3emissions more in the early stage. The maximum of ammonia emission in spring test was103.4mgNm-2h-1, and51.207mgNm-2h-1in autumn, and was greatly affected by ammonia nitrogen concentration.Compared with the three kinds of nitrogen gas, ammonia loss was the main part of nitrogen gas losses. The early stage of the NOx emissions small and the later more. But throughout the process of experiments the emissions of NOx was small. The emissions of N2O was that the early stage emissions more less than the later, but the autumn opposite. This is mainly due to the different seasonal rainfall time and strength of the rainfall.Covered straw has great effect on the emissions of three kinds of nitrogen gas on swine manure solid storage. NH3emissions on uncovered Straw (NC) was25.9%higher than covered straw (C) treatment. The early stage of the NH3emissions more, and the emissions peak of Covered and uncovered treatment are both appeared after turning. The maximum of NOx emission in uncovered test is15.32μgNm-2h-1and16.48HgNm-2h-1in the other treatment. N2O emission was that the early stage emissions more less than the later, N2O emissions on uncovered Straw (NC) was higher than covered straw. From the covering test, the straw covering in a certain extent can reduce the loss of nitrogen gas emissions. Emissions of NH3were similar on the compost in the spring and autumn, generally showed an trend of increase-decrease-increasing,and were easily influenced by the temperature、 moisture content and pH.The maximum of ammonia emission in spring test was74.82mgNm-2h-1and92.532mgNm-2h-1in autumn. The emissions of NOx was small and even can negligible. The early stage of the N2O emissions less and the later more. The maximum of N2O emission in spring test was73274μgNm-2h-1and53685.56μgNm-2h-1in autumn. From the different fertilizer application in the land, we can find that emissions of nitrogen gas (N2O, NOx and NH3) in land use was far lower than swine manure solid storage and compost. And nitrogen gas emissions applied chemical fertilizer were higer than other treatments, while the other three treatment has little difference.
