Biogas is a kind of produced by methane bacteria, inflammable gas with methane as main component, vigorously developing biogas production, not only can provide a large number of clean energy, and agricultural waste recycling use an effective way. Distribution across the country by the end of2011for39960000biogas users, the proportion reached23%of the persons in rural homes, more than1500million people benefit. According to the near future planning made by ministry of agriculture in China, there will be50-55million of China’s rural biogas users at the beginning of2016.However, the efficient separation and purification of methane bacteria for high biogas productivity and adaptability to the substrate under the condition of low temperature, were still the key bottleneck of biogas development at home and abroad. Therefore, the study on the effects of purification and gas production for methane bacteria was carried out and the main results were as follows:1The methane bacteria for the test were a mixture of facultative anaerobic and obligate anaerobic bacteria. Among them the facultative anaerobic bacteria was form by5bacillus strains which was mainly responsible for the degradation of macromolecule organic matter (or as obligate anaerobic bacteria service), the obligate anaerobic bacteria was form by5short rod-shaped bacteria which was mainly responsible for the degradation of low molecular organic matter (or the release of methane gas).2The requirements of temperature&salinity and pH for the normal growth of methane bacteria including facultative anaerobic bacteria and anaerobic bacteria were similar which the most suitable temperature was30℃, the most suitable salinity was about5/1000and the most suitable pH value was7-8.3The results of single material fermentation pointed out that there were good effect of biogas production with the use of Rice Straw, Water Hyacinth (Eichhornia crassipes.) Alternanthera Philoxeroides (Alternanthera philoxeroides (Mart.) Griseb.), Pig Manure and Lees by methane bacteria under the condition of fermentation. However the biogas production efficiency were effected by the material ratio, temperature and pH value of fermentation that were suitable with5-6%of the material ratio,35℃of temperature and7 -8of pH value.4The results of fermentation with various material pointed out that the biogas production size order of the tested materials were Rice Straw> Water Hyacinth>Alternanthera Philoxeroides> Pig Manure> Lees under the same fermentation conditions of the material ratio, the ratio of material to liquid, temperature and pH value. The results also showed that was an effective way to control the harms of Water Hyacinth and Alternanthera Philoxeroides by using the biogas fermentation of Water Hyacinth and Alternanthera Philoxeroides. |
