It was haven preliminarily inquiried methane fermentation characteristics with under different mass ratio of Alternanthera philoxeroides and pig manure and dairy manure in the same conditions of fermentation temperature and C/N ratio and the same volume in order to provide a new way of using resources and energy of Alternanthera philoxeroides.The results showed that:(1) The optimal parameter conditions of fermentation to produce biogas with Alternanthera philoxeroides as raw materials was fermentation temperature of35℃, Alternanthera philoxeroides solid content of30%, the fermentor material C/N ratio of30:1and pH value of7.0.(2) Before30days the cumulative gas production to total production volume of78.3%after pre-pretreatmented of Alternanthera philoxeroides and TS gas production of raw was376.2ml·kg-1and VS gas production of raw was355.0ml·kg-1; CH4content reached61.9%from45days, the pH value of the fermentation liquid was stabled at between7.0-7.3; In the same test cycles, the optimal process combination of the total gas production was significantly higher than the control group (group1) and could be indicated that it was a viable resource of energy utilization technology of process optimization portfolio of fermentation to produce biogas of Alternanthera philoxeroides as the raw materials. (3) The size of the total gas production of three treatment groups of different quality proportion Alternanthera philoxeroides and pig manure mixture was processing III> processing II> processing â… .From the perspective to deal with this resources of Alternanthera philoxeroides, the handling capacity of Alternanthera philoxeroides and biogas production was higher than the other two groups when grass and manure quality ratio of2:1; The strength of CH4content been impacted methane production was:handling III> handling â…¡> handling I, handling I compared with the other two groups fit was poor.(4) The order of the total of biogas production and processing every5days gas production of Alternanthera philoxeroides and dairy manure in three different mainly materials of cumulative ratio was group3> group2> group1and the CH4content in the biogas was the same order, but CH4content of three classes curves was closer and the pH value of the trend was basically to similar so as in line with the anaerobic digestion of the normal pH range; The goodness of fit of three treatment groups was closer and could be used Cheynoweth equation to reflect the law of fermentation to produce which than different ratio of Alternanthera philoxeroides and dairy manure mixed as raw materials, but there was some deviations. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | Alternanthera philoxeroides, pig manure, dairy manure, fermentation, biogas | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
