| The orthogonal experiment with randomized block design was adopted, using rooting agent concentration as factor A, applying method as factor B, using time as factor C, to analyze and compare the effects of different treatments to the varieties of Yunyan87on the quality of flue-cured tobacco seedlings, the field growth period, agronomic characters, physiological and biochemical indicators, yield and quality of flue-cured tobacco, the main results were as follows:1. There were different effects of rooting powder on the quality of flue-cured tobacco seedlings, in a certain concentration range, with the increasing of rooting powder concentration, the number of root and dry weight increased, and the reverse for the treatments over the suitable concentration. The best performance is treatment A2B2C1(15mg/L, spraying at10d before transplanting)2. The seedling restitution stage was shortest for treatment A2B2C1, only5.9days, root spreading stage was shifted1-2days, mature period increased by about2days, exerting the effects of early growth and development.3. There was little difference on tobacco agronomic characters among all treatments at the rosette stage. The significant differences were found at vigorous growth stage, the comprehensive performance was better for treatment A2B2C1.4. Root activity, NR activity and POD activity tend to rise over time, SOD activity dropped after the first rise. The best performance in Root activity and POD activity was treatment A2B2C1, NR activity in treatment A1B3C3was highest, SOD activity in treatment A3B1C2was highest.5. The best performance in total N of tobacco leaf is treatment A3B2C3and treatment A2B2C1. Different treatment has different effect on the total K level and reducing sugar, the best treatment is treatment A1B3C3which content of2.83%in the total K and26.20%in the reducing sugar.6. The yield, percentage of superior tobacco leaves and output all have reached a good level in all treatments. The concentration of rooting powder is the key factor. The comprehensive performance of treatment A2B2C1was better.7. Treatment A2B2C1was the best performance in the conventional chemical composition and its comprehensive score was the highest. Next was A2B3C2, the last was A3B3C1.8. The optimal cultivation combination is A2B2C1.The concentration of15mg/L, spraying,10days applied before transplanting. |
