| With the growing of China’s agricultural productivity, the yield of grain andagricultural products continue increasing, but the problems on China’sagricultural production still exist. At the middle and late stage, the crop pestcontrol is a bottleneck which effect on China’s production of high stalk economiccrops. Non-variable spraying control of plant protection machine is greatlyinfluenced by the moving speed, which causes unreasonableness of pesticide useand the exceed the standard of pesticide residues in agricultural productsTherefore, research on high clearance sprayer and its control system of variablespraying have been become an important project in the field of plant protectiontechnology in China. This paper aimed at the structure design of high clearancesprayer, the simulation analysis and the optimization of its key parts, thetheoretical analysis of variable spraying system, and the experimental study of itsphysical prototype.According to the structure characteristics of three wheeled self-propelledsprayer and the technical requirements of the project in the current domestic andforeign, this paper designed the structure of spraying machine and introducedmain components of power system, frame section and spraying system.Aimingat the poor operation stability of spraying machine and the inconvenientadjustment of rear wheel track,the paper designed the universal joint steeringmechanism and telescopic rack with rear wheel steering mechanism. Dynamicperformance of the spraying machine was analyzed which was based onstructural design. ANSYS Workbench software analyzed the strength andoptimized the spraying machine, and the optimized model for modal analysis.ADAMS software analyzed the strength and optimized universal joint steeringmechanism of the spraying machine’s power system, and optimized the model ofkinematics and dynamics simulation. In order to establish a variable spraying control system, the paper analyzedcomprehensively function requirements of the variable spraying system and themain influence factors, introduced the main structure and working principle ofthe spraying system. And through the system working scheme comparison, thepaper determined the overall scheme of spraying system. With the overall scheme,the paper analyzed the performance parameters matching of the key componentsat the variable spraying system, which provided theoretical basis for theestablishment of the variable spraying system.On the basis of the structure design and simulation analysis, this papercarries on the assembly and test research on the spraying machine. The test resultshows that the sprayer operation is stable, and application performance can meetthe technical requirements. |
