Bamboo is one of the world-famous fast growing plants, is also one of the preferred choice for fast-growing reforestation plants in tropical and subtropical regions. The bamboo plantation timber can be widely used in the field of musical instruments,furniture,flooring,villas, frame construction,pulp and paper,because the bamboo plantation have advantages of short timber cycle,high yield, straight trunk and dense material. But the bamboo often occur mildew, rot, infestation during harvesting, storage, product use, every year, about10percent of the world’s bamboo production is lost due to rot, infestation. Commonly used bamboo mildew is the greater toxicity of pharmaceutical, Including chromium, arsenic, copper, pentachlorophenol and its sodium salt, Chemical fungicide environmental protection is poor although mold is better,will adversely affected human and animal health and the natural environment. Plant extracts is used in the mold still in the exploratory stage, the choice of plant species is relatively simple, pretreatment mildew ineffectively. This article by nearly three years of study,As Southern resource-rich variety of plant extracts as the object of study, to study the mold effects on bamboo screening through multi-factor overlay and multi-level efficiency test means,which choces the natural mold Pharmacy having good anti-the effect, Eventually work out the best anti-bamboo mildew program, Results are as follows:(1) The results of GC/MS analysis showed that the plant phenethyl alcohol extract is rich in a variety of chemical composition,which have the role of anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, insecticide. The results provide a theoretical basis for Plant extracts used for the bamboo mold test.(2) The bamboo were deal with53kinds of plant extracts, and then proceed to the indoor and outdoor bamboo mold test.the results showed that the majority of plant extracts have better inhibitory effect on the mildew. Comprehensive analysis of the inhibitory effect of phenethyl alcohol extracts of various plants on bamboo mildew, and based on the resource situation, these types of extracts, including Cinnamomum camphora (L.) Presl. leaves, ferns, Pinus elliottii needles, giant Eucalyptus leaves, Cunninghamialanceolata Hook, neem leaves, cedar pine needles most the prospect of being developed. (3) Using multi-index and orthogonal experiment method to analysis three kind Phenethyl alcohol extracts of plant leaves including ferns, Cinnamomum camphora (L.) Presl., Pinus elliottii which with potential for development and resource-rich. The overall results showed The antibacterial effect of the hot water extract is better than the phenethyl alcohol extract the same season, and harvesting season has little effect onbamboo mildew. And computational analysis, six days of soaking bamboo mold the best.(4) The bamboo will be three-step processed Including acetic acid solution, the plant leaves boiled, the root of camphor steaming, to explore the multi-level efficiency bamboo moldy. The study found that the lower inhibitory rate with the the longer time of acetic acid solution. Bamboo inhibition rate showing a lower tendency to increase with the boiling time to extend, and found that the inhibition rate of cedar pine needles Higher than the inhibition rate of camphor leaves at all levels. Bamboo mold inhibition rate first increased and then decreased with the extension of the camphor tree root cooking time. And appearring the best antibacterial effects in the steaming3h.
