Digestive parasitosis of sheep is a long-term chronic consumptions, and it’s the main reason of deathin sheep in spring every year. Most of them feed on digestive or half-digestive food nutrition in sheep,which leading to its malnutrition, lower resistance, and secondary infection, and finally causing feed rewardreduction. Digestive parasitosis of sheep in FuKang is relatively serious, but there are no data reporting theepidemic situation of digestive parasitosis in this area.In order to preferably know the epidemic situation of digestive parasitosis in FuKang, and put forwardpreventive measures according to local rearing environment, Study on the infection with parasites ofdigestive in sheep in four townships of FuKang by the fecal examination. Then do grouping experiment ofdeworming drug screening in80sheep.By the sample survey found that overall infection rate about the digestive parasite of sheep(N=159) infour villages and towns was61.64%(98/159); the digestive parasite infection rates of ChengGuan town,JiuYun street town, ShuiMuogou village and SanGong village were62.5%,47.1%,62.5%and47.1%,respectively. The intensity of infection is200-800in eggs per gram of shit, and mostly mixed infection.Infection rate of Nematode is higher than other parasites, animal husbandry township’s parasite infectionrate (67.5%,52/77) is higher than agricultural township parasite infection rate (56.1%,46/82). Byetiological identifying, it found that the advantage distributing-species of digestive tract parasite of sheepare B.trigonocephalum, T.probolurus, C.erschowi, E.ovina.The insecticide experiments found that three drugs group:bug buster tablet group, albendazole tabletsgroup and bug busters plus albendazole tablet group, compared with the control groups can play a role; Thegroup of bug busters plus albendazole pills (the combination of anthelmintic group) effect is better than theformer two groups (single use insect repellent group)in expelling parasite.Sheep of the combination groupis characterized that negative conversion ratio of eggs was85%after5days, and the eggs decrement of92%;three days after the second round of insect repellent,negative conversion ratio of eggs and the rate ofeggs’ decrement can reach100%(p <0.01effective remarkable), and the net weight of sheep can reach3.2kg. The above test data for FuKang city and its surrounding areas provide a scientific basis incomprehensive prevention and control work of sheep gastrointestinal nematode.
