In order to detect the Lentivirus-specific antibody in serum and the average posiyive rateof serum in karakul sheep, I was collected1075serum samples from Aksu, and to serologicaltested for18consecutive months by agar gel immunodiffusion methods. Results showed thatthe serum positive rate was1.1%in karakul sheep and they did not appear any typicalsymptoms by detection of..Lentivirus Clinical diagnosis of Xinjiang Karakul sheep.By serological examination after the positive cases of autopsy, the histologic biopsyresults showed that the Karakul sheep were not showed any specific Lymphocytic interstitiaLpneumonia, the vascular synovial OPP injury, and mild Lymphocytic mastitis. Concluded thatlow incidence of the Xinjiang Karakul sheep’s mammary gland and Lung Lesions. From thepathology confirmed xinjiang karakul sheep for the sheep chronic virus resistant varieties.Soherdsmen breeding sheep anti-sheep chronic viral varieties provide a reliable basis.
