This experiment on korla fragrant pear,bud mutation6,zaomeixiang,bud mutation10,sha01and new2as test materials,by adopting the combination of field observation andlaboratory measurement method,study its main phenophase,growth habits,the habits,fruitquality,fruit mineral nutrition elements and SRAP molecular detection. The results asfollows:1. The korla fragrant pear and five varieties of bud mutation of normal growth results,in addition to differences in mature stage,flowering phenological period which is verynearly,bud in the middle of march,early April to flowering,the flushing in late April,zaomeixiang,bud mutation6and bud mutation10fruit mature period in August15th, sha01and new2mature period on August20,fragrant pear fruit mature is late,at about September10th.2. Growth results habits:the new shoots growth curve for "double S" type curve growthin the two rapid growth stage,the first rapid growth stage in early April,the second rapidgrowth stage in mid-may;Leaf growth in the middle of April is a rapid growth stage,stopgrowing in late may;Dynamic curve for the growth of the fruit "double S" type,transversediameter and vertical diameter growth are divided into fast growing,slow growth period andrapid growth period before maturity;New2and zaomeixiang fruit-bearing rate are highest;Bud mutation6fruit-bearing rate is lowest.3. The fruit appearance quality:transverse diameter,vertical diameter fruit stalk,fruitweight of fragrant pear is significantly less than the bud mutation varieties;The edible rate offragrant pear and bud mutation edible rate have significant difference;The edible rate offragrant pear is less than5bud mutation varieties. Fruit point density of bud mutation6issmallest;Fruit point density of sha01is biggest. Fruit hardness with peel and fruit hardnesswithout peel between fragrant pear and bud mutation varieties have significant differences;Fragrant pear fruit hardness is larger than5bud mutation varieties.4. The fruit internal quality:zaomeixiang soluble solids content is the highest,sha01isthe least fragrant pear fruit soluble sugar content is more than5bud mutation of varieties;There were no significant difference on fruit titratable acid content,but sugar acid ratio hassignificant difference;Water content of bud mutation and fragrant pear have significantdifference,the water content of fragrant pear is less than bud mutation varieties;The stonecell content of fragrant pear is greater than5bud mutation varieties,fragrant pear stone cellsis0.38%,bud mutation varieties are about0.25%.5. Mineral nutrition elements:constant elements of fragrant pear is generally higher thanthe bud mutation varieties,among them,the K content is the highest,up to806.09mg/kg,P content have no difference,is in the range of43~56mg/kg. Trace element proportion of Feelements is the largest. Zn,Cu Mn are less,in the range of5~13mg/kg.The comprehensivecomparison of mineral nutrition elements content are K> N> P> Ca> Mg> Fe> Zn> Cu>Mn.6. Correlation between the fruit quality and mineral nutrition elements:the fruit hardnessand Ca,K,zinc were very significant positive correlation,with Cu were very significantnegative correlation;Soluble solids were very significant positive correlation with K and Mn,and were very significant negative correlation with N;Titratable acid were very significantpositive correlation with Cu,and were very significant negative correlation with K;VC werevery significant positive correlation with Ca and K; Sugar acid ratio were very significantpositive correlation with Fe and Cu, Moisture content were very significant positivecorrelation with Mn and zinc,and were extremely significant negative correlation with K.7. SRAP molecular detection:establish the SRAP-best PCR reaction system of fragrantpear and its bud mutation types of (20ul),dNTPs0.2mM,primer0.5mM,0.0375U/Taqenzyme system,template50ng;Primer combination Me11/Em11stripe of polyacrylamidegel electrophoresis graph can clearly distinguish its bud mutation of fragrant pear typedifference.
