Zhejiang province is the bayberry research production and technology promotion center in theworld. The bayberry were major planted in the southern Zhejiang province including Taizhou, Wenzhou,Ningbo and Zhoushan. Only a small amount of cv. Dongkui and cv. Biqizhong were planted in thenorthern Zhejiang province. There are no bayberries planted before2008in Zhuji county. Foliarfertilizers were often used to improve fruit quality, but whether foliar fertilizer could improve thestorage quality of bayberry fruit was unknown. In recent years, many bayberry trees were badlyweakened, and their fruit quality were poor, the reason could be the chemical fertilizer we used atbayberries root each year. There were no good soil modifier so far, the pure bacterial strain has a limitedeffect on it.In this paper, taking cv. Heijing, cv. Wanqimimei, cv. Biqizhong and cv. Dongkui as the sample andputting them in different countries, by observing the performance of their phenological period, fruitsquality and its yield, it indicates that the four varieties could normally grow in Zhuji, the phenologicalcharacteristics of the four varieties were similar as in their original places and has a good adaptability.The early fruit of cv. Heijing is good, high yield and good fruit quality of its4varieties. By takingDingaomei as the testing material, we used four different foliage nutrients on it, including Meigaimei,Ainong amino acid, vegetable quality improver and Cuikanggaibao, all of these nutrients could increasethe soluble solid of fruits, total sugar content and decrease the titrable acidity. Among those nutrients,Ainong amino acid had the best effect on it, increased1.30and1.52percentage points compared withthe control in the respects of soluble solid and total sugar content, decreased0.22percentage pointscompared with sample, then is the Meigaimei and Cuikanggaibao. Treating the plant with Calciumfoliage fertilizer can reduce the water loss rate, rotten rate and POD activity of fruits, Meigaimei had thebest effect on it with a decrease of5.07percentage points compared with control. Taking cv.Biqizhongand cv.Dongkui as the testing materials, they were treated with bio-organic fertilizer, the weight ofsingle fruit and soluble solid increased obviously, with a increase with30.9%-55.6%and3.38%-33.73%respectively. The firmness of cv. Biqizhong fruit were increased with8.8-22.8%, the most withthe5kilograms of fertilizer. The total sugar contents of cv. Dongkui were increased obviously, but cv.Biqizhong did not change significantly. The total acid contents of cv. Biqizhong and Dongkui wereincreased obviously. The content of Vc of bayberry fruit did not change significantly, but evendecreased.
