Abstract/Summary:
Potato as global food crops, has been widely planted in more and more countries.During the12th Five Year Plan Period, Our country have taken an active potato industrialpolicies, not only make the potato planting area and fresh tuber yield ranked first in theworld, but also create conditions for the popularization and application of advanced potatocombine harvester. During in work of potato harvester, soil separates potato is the keyimpurity link of cleaning device. Cleaning rollers are driven by hydraulic motor ofcleaning device in traditional potato harvester. Phenomenon about easy to slow downspeed and even stall of the hydraulic motor, when irregular stones stuck between thecleaning rollers. This situation affects the normal work of cleaning device. Therefore, thekey of solve hydraulic motor driven cleaning rollers stopped problem is to design morereasonable and suitable cleaning device hydraulic system on potato combine harvester,which is great significance about work more efficiency and stability on potato harvester.Analysis and study of the main topics for hydraulic system about cleaning device ofthe type4UL-2potato combine harvester. In-depth analysis infrastructure and workprograms of cleaning device, use of Solidworks2011draw cleaning device for3-D model.Analysis principle of hydraulic system on harvester cleaning device and design it necessarystatic parameters. Establish transfer functions of hydraulic components on harvestercleaning device. Setup the simulation model on hydraulic components in software MatlabSimulink toolbox. According to different hydraulic pressure and flow relations ofcomponents, to build dynamic simulation model of the entire hydraulic system.Subject to assignment and dynamic simulation for hydraulic components module ofthe potato harvester cleaning device, the simulation results show that no correction link inhydraulic system of harvester cleaning device can’t meet the basic requirements of design.Not only satisfy the system response speed and high stability requirements, but alsoaccords with the actual agronomic when introduction of integral correction link. Thereforeverify the rationality of design hydraulic system for potato harvester cleaning device.
