The closed hydrostatic transmission is an ideal stepless device with a small size,compact structure and more convenient. During operation, the load in Agriculturalmachinery is volatility, especially in a large range of dynamic loads, so that greatlysuited exists between the vehicle’s engine, transmission, the static characteristics ofrunning mechanism volatility and large amplitude dynamic load, would lead todeterioration in the dynamic performance of the machine. Hydraulic transmission cansolve the problem. It is easy to achieve fast start, braking and frequent commutation.It can form an ideal drive system to associate proper conrol and regulation devicewith hydraulic transmission, which enables the engine speed and load torque changesadapt to changes in external loading. Motor is directly fixed to the gearbox housing. It isconnected with the gearbox and can play high efficiency characteristics of machanicaldevice. In this paper for the design requirements, the main purpose is to match theparameters of the hydraulic system.In this paper, with4YZ-4-type combine harvester as an example, the hydraulicsystem of the transmission program and rational allocation of the parameters of thesystem are determined, the appropriate hydraulic components is selected. The maincontents include the following aspects: firstly the hydraulic system has been designed,according to the design requirements and the characteristics of harvester operation.Secondly the hydraulic system matching mechanism has been analysed. For theconsideration of vehicle cost, the machine hydraulic proportional control device hasbeen choosed. Thirdly establish a mathematical model of the hydraulic system and useAMEsim software system for simulation analysis, research the output Characteristics ofthe pump and motor. Forth verify the feasibility.Additionally, the papers prepared by the VB computer-aided design, reduced theworkload of the designer and improve the calculation accuracy.
