Information technology has been extensively applicated in modern society, it haspenetrated into every field of various industries of national economy and social life. Since2009, the Internet of things has been promoted to the level of the national strategy in ourcountry, and has been developing rapidly.Ii is with high creativity, strong in their industrypromotion and permeability, at the same time, it will guide the whole construction to bemachinery of great value in the field of agriculture. It is of great significance to developmodern agriculture information technology, for realizing the transition of the traditionalagriculture to modern agriculture production, and prepared for the opportunities andchallenges. Hebei province is an important part of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Economic Circle,the geographical position is superior for the good soil environment, and the rapiddeveloping of peach planting industry. But in the real production, there are a lot ofproblems:(1) The peach planting industry didn’t realize monitoring, management and control ofagricultural information system.(2) Failed to meet the demand of users of real-time collection, transmission, theintelligent control of plant diseases and insect pests monitoring and managementinformation service system.Plant diseases and insect pests are the key problems in the cultivation of peach, soilenvironment, climate condition and cultivation technology create different conditions forthe survival of the plant diseases and insect pests. So to monitor, forecast accurately andtimely of the occurrence of pests and diseases, then make up comprehensive preventionand control plan to take necessary measures reducing the occurrence of plant diseases andinsect pests of peach, is very important to ensure the quality of high quality peach. Thispaper selected “The prediction of peach disease and pest injury Systerm based on Internetof Things technology” as the research subject, combining agricultural production with theInternet of things technology, so as to the plant diseases and insect pests forecastingsysterm and RBF neural network and fuzzy control, in order to develop vigorously thedelicate and modern agriculture, and it has important practical significance.This system use the Internet of things technology, sensor technology, td-scdmatechnology, fuzzy control and the RBF neural network technology to the design of this system, for the monitoring of the air temperature, air humidity, soil temperature, soilhumidity, light intensity and CO2concentration, rainfall environment parameters. Usingthe application of fuzzy control with RBF neural network method to collect data forprocessing, using SQL Server2005database design, system design and using MicrosoftVisual Studio2008, to realize the real-time monitoring system of environmentalparameters and the occurrence of plant diseases and insect pests of peach.In conclusions:(1) Data acquisition part use TD terminal, various types of sensors, TDM330wirelesscommunication module and S3C2410microprocessor chip integration within the TDterminal, ti realize the real-time monitoring of environmental system.(2) Wireless communication part of the td-scdma technology, reduces the interferenceof the external environment, enhanced the security of data transmission, so as to improvethe stability of the system.(3) The application of fuzzy control technology, the RBF neural network technologyand SQL Server database technology, improve the system analysis of the data processingcapacity. And modular design of the system of the late extension is more convenient.
