Classical Swine Fever (CSF) prevailing in most of the countries or regions, which seriously affects the development of pig farming and the trade of pork and its products. The prevention and control of Swine fever is the key measures to sustain the stable development of the pig industry.According to the data of swine fever antibody which was monitored every spring and autumn of Jiangle county in recent years. It was showed that The Swine fever immunization levers is still poor. In order to improve the Swine fever immune effect that must be optimized and standardized the Swine immunization program. So the following experimental study has been carried out:1. Swine fever vaccine screening experiments is based on the comparison of immune effects between the ST passage cell vaccines of Swine fever, which is currently purchased by government, and the Swine fever vaccine. The results show that before the immunization of Swine fever vaccine, the averages and dispersion of this three group pig antibodies are almost the same. After21days immunization, the antibody levels of two Swine fever live vaccine (spleen lymph source) group show no significant change compared with that of pre-immune, while in the case of high body antibodies of immune Swine fever vaccine (source of passage cells), the qualified rate of the antibody is still significantly improved after21days immunization (from72%to85%), the average of the antibody is also enhanced. This experiment suggests that the ST passage cells of the Swine fever vaccine could improved the efficacious specific immune antibody.2. Two different groups A, B have been established about the days of the first immunization (20,35) and the days of the second immunization (60,70). Group A collected blood on20days old (before the first immunization),35days old,60days old (before the second immunization),70days old,90days old,110days old. Group B collected blood on35days old (before the first immunization),50days old,70days old (before the second immunization),90days old,110days old. This experiment is trying to establish a better Swine fever immunization program through the detection of immunization antibody and the comparison of the immune effect. The result shows that both immunization programs can achieve the ideal immune effects. But the qualify rate of group A is higher than that of group B in the comparison of two different immunization procedures detecting Swine fever antibodies of the same age. The average antibody level of70-day-old Swine fever in group A is close to the qualified standards, which positive antibody rate is66.7%.While the positive rate of70-day-old Swine fever antibody in group B is only53.3%.Therefore, the immunization program of first immunization of20days old and second immunization of60days old is relatively better.3. The next experiment detects the antibody respectively through blood sampling after21days immunization of Swine fever through the establishment four different immunization programs Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ, Ⅳ in the combinations of three different vaccines, Swine fever, foot and mouth disease, highly pathogenic blue ear disease, the result via data analysis shows that the qualified rate of group Ⅲ of high blue+FMD, over-7d-immunization-Swine fever and Swine fever is85%.the qualified rate of Group Ⅳ about first FMD-free, over-7d-free high blue, over7d free swine fever, Swine fever antibodies is up to90%. Both immune effect is relatively good, but the group Ⅲ is more convenient than group IV. Therefore, we can choose the Equinox immune program scheme of first high blue with Foot-and-mouth disease, over7d free Swine fever immunization.4. we inject the pigs with hog cholera vaccine which are fed APS, lentinan, levamisole and probiotics etc. immunity intensifier and analyze the data collected from monitoring Swine fever immunization antibodies and added-value reaction test of lymphocyte. The result shows that the4kinds of application-immunostimulants can significantly improve the immunization effect of the vaccine. The effect of APS is the worst, probiotics is well enough, lentinan is of the most significance, their’s effect sequence lentinan> probiotics> levamisole>APS.Go through the data of swine fever antibody which was got in this spring (year2014), showed that the Swine immunization program which was suggest by us was effected.
