Object:Explore CAI18bio-bacterial manure and Guangheyuan bio-bacterial manure effect and the best fertilizer levels under the condition of drip irrigation in southern Xinjiang gobi area.Methods:This project was carried out in Xinjiang Wensu area. The object of this dissertation was four-year-old Xinjiang red jujube which was planted in the condensed planting mode in the gobi desert. By comparing the number of jujube flower, chlorophyll content, photosynthetic characters, soil fertility, fruit quality and economic benefit of every single plant, analyzing the difference of each concentration.Results:1. CAI18and Guangheyuan bio-bacterial manure could facilitate the transformation from vegetative growth to reproductive growth, increase the number of flower buds, the number of flowering and fruit, and prolong flowering stage. On June27th, the maximum number of blades was Ca2’s. The maximum number of flowering was Cc3’s. The maximum number of bud was Cc3’s. The maximum number of fruit setting was Gc2’s. On July10th, the leaf number of processing group was lower than that of the control group, and flowering came to a halt. The highest amount of flowering were Cbl’s and Cc3’s. The maximum number of bud was Cc3’s. The number of all processing groups was greater than that of all the control groups. The number of Cal fruit-bearing was highest.2. Significant difference had been found in chlorophyll content, Gb3had the highest chlorophyll content.3. CAI18bio-bacterial manure could improve the content of available nitrogen in the soil and the content of total potassium in the leaves. Guangheyuan bio-bacterial manure could improve available nitrogen and available potassium content in the soil, and total potassium content in the leaves. In the soil, The content of available nitrogen, available phosphorus and available potassium was significantly different. Ca2had the highest content of available nitrogen. Ga2had the highest content of available phosphorus. Gel had the highest content of available potassium. In the leaves, Ga3had the highest content of total nitrogen. Ga2had the highest content of total phosphorus. Ga2had the highest content of total potassium.4. Guangheyuan bio-bacterial manure coula improve the net photosynthetic rate of jujube, and the effect of CAI18bio-bacterial manure on the improvement of net photosynthetic rate was not obvious. CAI18and Guangheyuan bio-bacterial manure could enhance stomatal conductance. The enhancing effect of Guangheyuan bio-bacterial manure was stronger. Gal’s effect was the most obvious. There were three Guangheyuan bio-bacterial manure treatments decreasing intercellular CO2concentration. Gc2was the strongest. Ga3, Gb2and Gc2can reduce the transpiration rate of jujube.5. The content difference of VC was not significant. Significant difference had been found in soluble total sugar content. Except for the treatment of Cb2and Gc2which was lower than control group, other treatments of soluble total sugar content were higher than that of the control group. Significant difference had also been found in organic acid content. Apart from the process Ga2organic acid content which was higher than that of the control group, the content of other processing group was lower than that of the control group.6. There were many differences among the treatments of jujube planting benefit. Gc2had the highest economic benefit, up to129yuan/tree. Gcl ranked the second,127.33yuan/tree.Conclusion:The optimal fertilization concentration of CAI18bio-bacterial manure was Cal. The optimal fertilization concentration of CAI18bio-bacterial manure was Gc2.
