This experiment was conducted in the Mizhi of northern Shaanxi, the red dates water-saving demonstration base. It preliminary discussed the effect of different organic fertilizers on the jujube growth, yield, quality and soil moisture under drip irrigation with the field experiment, the application of split-plot design, soybean cake, sheep manure and biogas as the main processing set, constant and high levels of two organic fertilizer application as the deputy set, and no fertilizer and the application of chemical fertilizer as control. The main findings of the trial are as follows:(1) Through the analysis of the effect of the different organic fertilizer on the growth of jujube, it can be concluded that the application of the organic fertilizer can improve the vegetative growth significantly, of which, the cake fertilizer processing application are significantly higher than the chemical fertilizer treatment. Different effect of different types of organic fertilizer on jujube growth was:Cake Fertilize> Sheep Manure> Biogas Manure dates hanging; constant fertilization can improve bearing branchlet and leaf area of jujube, high levels of fertilization has more significant effect on jujube ground diameter and shoot growth, and the treatment of SCI has the most significant impact on vegetative growth of jujube.(2)The application of organic fertilizer can significantly improve jujube photosynthesis from the chlorophyll content, canopy characteristics and photosynthetic characteristics and so on, of which the effect of Biogas on photosynthesis of jujube is the most significant. Chlorophyll content, leaf area index and the light interception of various types of organic fertilize are as follows:Biogas Manure> Sheep Manure> Cake Fertilizer, of which the BM2has the highest total chlorophyll content, smaller chla/chlb value, the highest density of canopy light interception and the lowest scores of the gap, while BM1is the most significant one on leaf area index; Pn and Cs size of different manure processing as follows:Biogas Manure> Cake Fertilizer> Sheep Manure, for Pn and Cs, the BM2processing is maximum. and for Ci BM1is minimum.(3) Application of the organic fertilizer also can promote the reproductive growth of the jujube tree and increase the production, and the cake fertilizer has the most obvious effect. The different organic fertilizer has different effect on the the total flowers number of jujube, the jujube density and jujube production. All of them are expressed as the Cake Fertilizer> Biogas Manure>Sheep Manure, of which SC2processing get the highest jujube density and yield, reaching29464kg/hm2, and increased by74.75percent compared with CK.(4) It can be concluded that the organic fertilizer can improve the quality of the jujube. The cake fertilizer has the most significant effect on improving the jujube fruit external quality, and reach the highest quality on weight, fruit size and fruit shape index; on the flavor quality, the effect of different organic fertilizer as follows:Sheep Manure>Cake Fertilizer>Biogas Manure, of which SM1with the highest sugar content (19.36percent), and improved15.35%by compared with the CF treatment; different organic fertilizer can significantly improve jujube nutrients. SMI with the highest Vitamin C content, achieved306.5lmg/100g, and improved24.49%by compared with CF. SM2with the highest polysaccharide content(4.41%), improved16.94%by compared with CF. And SC2reached the highest total flavonoids(160.83mg/100g). The application of organic manure can also improve the jujube postharvest quality, of which SM1with the lowest activity of ascorbic acid oxidase and PPO has the lowest bad fruit rate.(5) The application of organic manure can retain water and nutrients. Sheep Manure has the best effect on improving the efficiency of water using through comprehensive analysis of different treatment of the soil water content, leaf relative water content and water use efficiency. Application of organic manure can improve soil nutrient content, of which SM2get the highest soil organic matter content (6.77g/kg) and nitrate content for BM1is the least. With comprehensive analysis the application of sheep manure can improve the mountain jujube soil nutrient significantly. Compared with the application of chemical fertilizers, organic fertilizer can significantly improve soil enzyme activity, as well, high levels of fertilization can restrain the soil enzyme activities.
