Object:In present thesis, the tolerances of27cultivars of wheat to sulfonamide were determined, and the effects of herbicide on acetolactate synthase were examined in those wheat.Results:(1)High concentrations of sulfonamide (≥22.5a.i.g/hm2) repressed the height, weight and numbers of fibrous root in27cultivars of wheat.Zhongyou9507,Shidong8,Shimail5and Jimai22have the highest tolerance to sulfonamide, whereas Kendong00(2),Xindong27, Xindong20, Gaocheng8901,Yannongl9,Xindong38and Xindong17have the lowest.(2)27cultivars of wheat were treated with different concentrations of pyrosulam. The activity of acetolactate synthase in Xindong17is lowest than that of other wheat. The results further supported the results of bioassay.(3)The enzyme actives of ALS and GSTs in the two main cultivars (Xindong22and Xin dongl8) that were treated with pyrosulam were compared, respectively. The each actives of acetolactate synthase and GSTs in Xindong18is higher than that in Xindong22.The results denoted that Xindong18is more sensitive than Xindong22.(4)The actives of GSTs of field of Xindongl8,Xindong22and99AR144-1*(their hybridization that) were treated with pyrosulam were also examined. There is no significant difference of enzyme actives among tested wheat. The results revealed that tolerance of hybridization is similar with its parent. Conclusion:The sensitivities of27cultivars of wheat to sulfonamide herbicide were different. Among them, Xindong17is the most sensitive one.The recommended concentration of sulfonamide herbicide is≤11.25a.i.g/hm2in field. The above results are valuable for wheat production.
