Soybean (Glycine max(L.).Merr) is an important oil crop and the main source of edible vegetable oil and protein. The main results of the research are as follows:1.The tolerant concentration to paraquat in Xiaolidou and Dongnong50was0.12mg/L. whereas was0.24mg/L and0.18mg/L in Zhong dou32and Zhong huang10, respectively, he tolerance concentration to glufosinate in Zhong huang10and Dong nong50was3mg/L, whereas in Zhong dou32and Xiaolidou was6mg/L and4mg/L respectively.2. We established a simple soybean in planta taransformation which mediated by Agrobacterium, and we obtained6PCR-sequencing positive plants. The transformation efficiency of PCR detection is0.14%. After the PCR detection of T2transgenic plants, the results preliminarily evidenced that we had successfully transferred the foreign gene into soybean genome.3. We used the Agrobacterium mediated soybean cotyledons node transformation system to transfer the ZmAP2, At LSH9, GmN1into soybean genome. We all obtained25PCR positive plants. The single batch PCR detection transformation efficiency was between1.14to8.97%. There were12T1transgenic lines had significant or obvious agronomic traits changes about plant height,100-seed weight, crude protein content, crude fat content. Selected12T2transgenic lines to PCR-sequence analysis, The results preliminarily evidenced that we had successfully transferred the foreign gene into soybean genome...
