ABSTRACT:Establishment of Yaoshan white goat gene pool to protect better varieties to Lushan Yaoshan white goat. Goat sperm freezing, estrus synchronization, superovulation and sheep embryo freezing technology is built Yaoshan white goat cell gene library core technology. Yaoshan white goat is the national breed records recorded a variety of protection, in order to make the species have been effectively protected, in this study, Yaoshan white goats as the research object, makes a systematic study of goat spermatozoa cryopreservation and superovulation, the use of Yaoshan white goat ram32donor ewes,40; focus on the effects of glycerol concentration on sperm motility, different processing plan synchronization estrus and superovulation effect on the Yaoshan white goat, aims to establish the Yaoshan white goat sperm freezing, effective estrus and superovulation program, provides a system for gene Yaoshan white goat cell library building, through the above study found:1in the Yaoshan white goat semen diluted by adding glycerol concentration is6%, the sperm after thawing, good activity, was significantly higher than that of the glycerol concentration was4%,5%,7%, and was significantly higher than that of the local original fertilization rate by4%when the concentration of glycerol;2pairs of Yaoshan white goats were found after estrus, CIDR removed immediately after intramuscular injection of PG and two PG to handle the synchronization of estrus rate were90%and75%, and the former was higher than the latter (p<0.05);3with two kinds of superovulation regimen of Yaoshan white goat superovulation treatment immediately, intramuscular injection of PG obtained from the average number of corpus luteum bolt, average embryo number and average embryo rate higher than two PG treatment (p<0.05), but no significant mean group difference in the number of available embryos (p>0.05). |
