The main contents include:(1) Study on characteristics of corn seedsThe Zeyu709, Jinegk968and Changda19of three kinds of corn seed as theresearch object, the characteristics of these three kinds of maize seeds were tested.Measurements included size of three axes, thousand grain weights, seed moisturecontent, density, friction coefficient, stiffness coefficient, elastic coefficient andcoefficient of restitution. To provide basis for experimental study of pneumatic seedmetering device, but also provide a reference for the optimization of exhaust devicedesign and motion parameters analysis.(2) Simulation study on flow field characteristics of the metering device based ongas blowingBased on the analysis of the working process of air blowing seed meteringdevice on the flow field of the seed metering device, the nozzle shape and holeparameters simulation.
