For the mass production of stiffener plastic film, stiffener film processing machineryand processing devices are designed, manufactured and tested, as well as the test data are analyzed toobtain the production efficiency and the plastic deformation. The performance metrics of stiffener film,processing machinery and processing devices are learned through stiffener film research, processingmachinery development and processing tests.Main topic of the study is to make a research on mechanical properties of stiffener plastic film, theperformance of processing machinery and processing devices of stiffener film. The study focuses onmechanics performance analysis and tests of stiffener film and common plastic film to design a series oftest scenarios. By repetitive experiments, tests are made on the mechanical properties of stiffener plasticfilm and common plastic film. And experiments are made on the productivity of stiffener plastic filmprocessing machinery and the film shrinkage. The comparative trial is made on stiffener film processingmachinery and devices through experiments and result analysis to make testing program better gradually.The main contributions are as follows:（1）The testing methods are put forward on stiffener plastic film and common plastic film, which istaking ten samples of stiffener plastic film and common plastic film respectively, usingWDW10Jelectronically universal testing machine to test the performance of the samples andcomparing these two kinds of film performance.（2）The stiffener film processing machinery and devices are designed and a set of stiffener filmengineering drawings is drawn out.（3）A comparative trial is made on stiffener plastic film processing machinery and stiffener filmprocessing devices, which is testing its productivity and the shrinkage of plastic film.To optimize thestiffener plastic film processing machinery and improve the efficiency of the mechanical productionmethods effectively solves the problem of the machine productivity effectively and improves the servicelife of the machine.
