Study On The Mechanization And Pattern Of Machines Picking Up Cotton In Corps South Xinjiang

Machines pick up cotton is the future trend in Corps Xinjiang and even the whole country. Through theresearch found that there are many restricting factors for the further development of cotton picking machinein Xinjiang corps(mainly corps southern Xinjiang), low cotton production capacity and standardizationdegree becoming the key factors that restrict mechanization level of cotton production in Xinjiang; lack ofembroider processing capacity also restricts the popularization and application of machines pick up cottontechnology; the machines of before and after machines pick up cotton are in need of further research anddevelopment, carrying out the integration of assembly and technology of agricultural machinery at the sametime, the key link of cotton production machinery still needs further improvement. This paper usedimproving the level of management and decision-making as the research object, used data miningtechnology, management science, system engineering, operations research, computer software and manyother subject theory and method to solve the problems during the management and decision-makingprocess of machines pick up cotton at the foundation of machines pick up cotton situation analysis in copssouthern Xinjiang.1) Surveyed the machines pick up cotton of First Agriculture Division, Second Agricultural Division inCorps southern Xinjiang machine, learned the pattern of machines pick up cotton and the main problemsduring the development of machines pick up cotton mechanization technology.2) After the comparison of many mathematical methods, used the traditional AHP method to determinethe quantitative sequence of dominant influence factors of cotton harvest mechanization, per capita netincome of farmers, the rate of farmers transfer to the second and third industry, per capita arable land areaof agricultural population, above junior high school education, rural per capita income and factors ofagricultural mechanization development. Provided a theoretical basis for the further development ofmachines pick up cotton.3) For the Corps has serious agricultural surplus phenomenon, this paper used method of linearprogramming to reasonably equip agricultural machines of machines pick up cotton mechanization,avoiding the waste of agricultural machine resources.4) On the basis of the above research, referred to agricultural machinery development pattern at homeand abroad, made recommendations for the development of machines pick up cotton mechanization inCorps from internal condition, external condition, existing problems, policies and measures, agriculturalmachine serve system and many other angles.
