The study was conducted in the Xinjiang Aksu region, taked the largest fruit tree kindjujube as the research object in Xinjiang. It discussed the effect of four different fertilizingmethods, furrow, hole, radial and broadcast fertilization on the jujube growth, physiologicalcharacteristics, soil and tree nutrients with the field experiment, the application of single factorrandom block design,in order to put forward suitable fertilization method in this region andprovide theoretical basis for efficient cultivation technique for the jujube. The main resultswere showed as follow:1.Effects of different fertilizing methods on jun-jujube growthIn terms of the effects on over ground parts of jujube tree growth, radial fertilization wasthe most significant and increased diameter expanding by19.17%,branches length by3.97centimeters,branches diameter by12.38%,length of bearing branchlet by1.31centimeters.Theeffects of furrow and hole fertilization on diameter expanding and branches length were moresignificant, and the effect of broadcast fertilization on bearing bracchlet was moresignificant. In terms of the effects on underground parts of jujube tree growth, differentfertilizing methods all can increase the length and superficial area of root system, and radialfertilization was the most significant, furrow fertilization was the second. There was nosignificant difference for the total biomass of root system among different fertilizationmethods.2.Effects of different fertilizing methods on yield and fruit quality of jun-jujubeThe furrow, hole and radial fertilization methods could increase fruit rate of jujube treesignificantly, and hole fertilization was the most significant,reached0.87,109.76%highercompared with CK.For the weight of single fruit, radial fertilization was significantly greaterthan other treatments. There were significantly difference among different fertilizing methodson yield per plant, with radial fertilization was maximum, hole fertilization followed, furrowand broadband fertilization were less affected and no significant difference between thetwo.Solube sugar content of radial fertilization was significantly higher than other treatments,improved34.93%compared with CK,and total acid content of furrow fertilization waslowest, sugar acid ratio was highest.3.Effects of different fertilizing methods on photosynthetic physiological characteristicsof jun-jujubeOn chlorophyll content, radial fertilization was significantly higher than othertreatments, increased by2.91%compared with CK in young fruit period. The chlorophyllcontent of each treatments had significantly increased, and hole fertilization was significantlyhigher than other treatments, increased by3.92%compared with CK in fruit enlargementperiod. The net photosynthetic rate of radial and hole fertilization was significantly higher thanfurrow and broadcast fertilization, increased by32.72%、29.17%compared with CK respectively, the stomatal conductance of them was also at a high level, the transpiration rate ofsignificantly higher than other treatments too.Using radial fertilization can increase theparameter values of Fv/Fo、Fv/Fm,thereby enhancing photosynthetic characteristics of leaves.4.Effects of different fertilizing methods on soil nutrientDifferent fertilizing methods all could promote soil fertility, the impact on the0~20cmwas more obvious, and radial fertilization was the most significant.During the entire growthcycle, radial fertilization was the most significant to the impact of organic matter content, holefertilization followed. On the impact of total N and available N,furrow, hole and radialfertilization was significant and had no significant difference between the three, with the radialfertilization was the most significant,increased0.18g/kg、12.66mg/kg compared with CKrespectively.Effects of furrow, hole, radial fertilization on soil available P,K content wassignificant,no significant difference among the three. Effect of hole fertilization on theavailable P was the most significant, representing an increase of26.38mg/kg compared withCK,effect of radial fertilization on the available K was the most significant, representing anincrease of81mg/kg.5.Effects of different fertilizing methods on tree nutrients of jun-jujubeThe different fertilizing methods can improve the N content of0.14%~10.24%,the Pcontent of71.51%~97.17%,the K content of0.69%~28.14%of leaves, with the impact on Pcontent of leaves was the greatest.Effects of four kinds fertilizing methods on leaf P contentwere all significant.Radial and hole fertilization had significant impact on N,K content ofleaves,no significant difference between them.In which, the effects of radial fertilization onleaf nutrients was the most significant. In a word, under the same conditions, radial fertilization method was suitable for priorityrecommendation, which could promote jujube trees grow vigorously, nutrients absorption andutilization more fully, yield and fruit quality improved Significantly.
