Grow seedlings is the chiefly link of vegetable production, emergencerate direct effect the cost of grow seedlings production, seedling quality effect vegetable’s yield andtime-to-market, and then effect the economic benefit of vegetable production.1.Seed treatment technical was studied, through orthogonal test to research pepper and eggplantsoaking seed before seeding, and infiltration after seeding, respectively. Three factors in four levels was setin the soaking seed test, the first factor was reagent include nitrate,ammonium nitrate, calcium nitrate, andurea, the second factor was concentration include0.05%,0.1%,0.15%,0.2%, the third factor was timeinclude4h,6h,8h,10h.0.1%or0.15%calcium nitrate of6h treat time has the best effect in the pepperemergence rate and morphological index in the soaking seed test, the second is0.1%or0.15nitrate potash.0.2%ammonium nitrate of8h treat time can remarkable increase eggplant’s number of blades, it has a goodperformance in other index but non-significant. Two factors which were the same as the factor one andfactor two in the soaking seed, in four levels was set in the infiltration test.0.05%nitrate has a highestpepper emergence rate, and the best effect in pepper’s leaf area, stem diameter, relatively to other treatment.0.15%nitrate potash can significantly increase eggplant’s number of true blades, known from the analysisof intuitive,0.1%or0.2%nitrate of potash has a better effect in eggplant’s seedling morphological index.2.Analysis of substrate’s physical and chemical properties, Feng Heyuan from Midong, Chai Mihefrom Jiangsu,and Hebao from Urumqi doesn’t meet the idea requirement, inaptitude to be the seedlingsubstrate alone, they can mixture with perlite and vermiculite. Chai Mihe from Jiangsu has the best effect inpepper’s morphological index, Hebao from Urumqi has the highest eggplant emergence rate, Chai Mihefrom Jiangsu has the highest tomato emergence, and it has a better effect in tomato’s plant height anduniformity, Feng Heyuan from Midong has a good performance in tomato seedling’s plant height,uniformity, panel length, number of true blades.3.Microorganism B2treatment has a non-significant effects in seedlings quality of pepper, eggplantand tomato, there isn’t interaction between Microorganism and substrate.
