In this paper, the experiment is based on a kind of novel biologicalinsecticide spinosad. The controlling effect of the indoor was measured by mixinggrain method. Study on controlling effect of spinosad against three kinds of storedgrain insects which include Sitophilus zeamais,Rhyzopertha dominica andTribolium castaneum.And determine the lowest effective concentration oftheSpinosad against stored grain insects. To determine the controlling effect ofspinosad against stored grain pests withminimum effective concentration was bymixing grain method in full grain warehouse, and determines its effectiveduration.In order to verify the application effect of spinosad as green protectiveagent against stored grain pests in the solid warehouse, to determine thecontrolling effect of spinosad against stored grain pests was by mixing grainmethed in the surface in the grain depot, and test spinosad whether have impact onthe quality of food, according to the effect of spinosad against stored grain pests,and to compile Application of technical regulations which spinosad against storedgrain pests in the solid warehouse. The results showed as follows:The effect of Spinosad powder against initial corn pests like Rhizoperthadominica and Sitophilus zeamais is more significant than Tribolium castaneum;the results showed that the fatality of Rhizopertha dominica, Sitophilus zeamaiswere reach at100%,and the fatality of Tribolium castaneum was reach at80%after treated for15days in the concentration of1mg/kg.Spinosad powder was able to control insectpopulation density of the mainpests Sitophilus zeamais to reach the basic level which had no insects effectively,and reduced the rate of loss of insect pests of corn, six months later, the rate ofloss of insect pests was1.83%in the pesticidewarehouse, significantly lower thanthe loss rate of pest was10.33%in the warehouse withoutapplying pesticide,spinosad pesticide warehouse which reduce the rate of loss was up to80%, overthan the warehouse withoutapplying pesticide. The fatality of Rhizopertha dominica, Sitophilus zeamais, and Tribolium castaneum respectively reachedat97.78%、92.02%and76.65%after treated for12months in the concentration of1mg/kg.spinosad powder against grain stored grain pests like Liposcelis entomophilaand Rhizopertha dominica had significant effect and had a certain inhibitory effecton Cryptolestes ferrugineusin the grain depot. During the summer, spinosad cancontrol the occurrence and development of grain pests effectively, making foodgrain storage insects level has remained at almost no insects.The results of food quality measurement show that the main indicators likefatty acids and moisture had no diffences between spinosad pesticide warehouseand without the warehouse withoutapplying pesticide, it had little impact on thequality of grain.
