At present,Xinjiang has become the third largest tomato products production areas after the UnitedStates and the European Union,whose production equipment and production capacity is accounting forabout90%of the country,so the tomato industry in Xinjiang is known as “red industry”,thus it can be seenthat tomato has an extremely important strategic position in the agricultural production in Xinjing.In viewof the present,transplanter exists institutional complexity,high cost,as well as in the process of the orderlydropping seedling easily leading to injury seedling,leaving out seedling,dropping more than two seedlingsand other issues,we designed a new type of orderly dropping seedling about the method of ejector rob andgas blowing,whose feature is simple structure,low cost and new and high efficiency.By the theoreticalanalysis and simulation analysis,we respectively obtained the results of the main factors of affecting orderlydropping seedlings and ranges of the main factors.By the orthogonal experimen,we get the best test plan,themain research conclusions are as follows:1.This paper based on the existing problems of transplanter and the characteristics of tomato automatictransplanting technology,which determined the orderly dropping seedlings system composed by pickingseedling machinery,rowing seedling machinery and dropping seedling machinery to complete the processof the orderly dropping seedling with each other.Using solidworks set up3D model about orderly droppingseedling system,analyzed working principle and working process about picking seedling machinery,rowingseedling machinery and dropping seedling machinery through theory,and analyzed the key parts of the bodyin-depth,determined the main design parameters that they were about the agencies and the key to workingparts,And through the real working condition and calculation of automatic transplanting machine,we gotthat linear velocity of conveyor belt with exhausting seedlings was0.064m/s,driving wheel speed was6.2r/min,and the ratio was3:1,which identified the orderly transmission scheme and parameters.Finally wecompleted the design.2.By using kinematics analysis of the process of the loss about the plug seedlings,we found themovement equation of plug seedlings.By the approximate calculation of the gas pressure needed aboutejector rob gas mouth,we obtained the calculation equation,analyzed the force situation of the plugseedlings from out of the hole tray to fall into conveyor belt with exhausting seedlings,and through analysisof the aerial observation plug seedlings,Finally,we concluded that the main factors affecting hole trayseedling movement is drop height,the gas pressure and hole Angle.3.Has set up simplified model that the hole tray seedlings drop process,with ADAMS simulationsoftware, under the condition of analysis hole tray seedling in different drop height,hole Angle and the gaspressure of the outside world,get hole tray seedling movement in the air,we got that value ranges of holeAngle is [65°,90°],value ranges of drop height is [200mm,300mm],and value ranges of the gas pressure is[0.2MPa,0.4MPa].Through high-speed cameras and photographic method to validate the correctness of thesimulation analysis,provides the structure parameters for the subsequent physical experiments. 4.In the end,the paper designed test-bed about the orderly dropping seedling system,by the orthogonalexperimen analyzed the mian affecting factors about the orderly dropping seedling effect,drew relevant testdata,and determined the optimum working parameters that the drop height is200mm,the gas pressure is0.2MPa,and holeAngle is77.5°.
